I think we will see more underground, back-to-basics, type training begin to spread, as more strength and conditioning coaches become educated on the power and effectiveness of "simple" vs. "Complicated," and how "anytime-anywhere" can be more viable for an everyday person's consistent participation in challenging physical activity vs. spending long hours in a gym or trying to figure out a complicated training program. Well, at least that is my wish.
