I am all for a good laugh and art, but this is not right, First, it's public property, so his selfish vandalism, however artistic, is costing the city a lot. Second, if they allow him to get away with it, what message does that say to others who want to vandalise. Third, and most importantly, it is endangering the lives of people. How would he feel if it caused and accident resulting in death or handicapping someone, Drivers are bad enough as it is (especially in Quebec ... haha)

this is just amazing i personally think all citys should have people that do this
