Only the second time I've seen Conan lose it in a skit, he's usually so focused! You could tell he started to crack at 2:14.

My god that was funny. Nearly all three of them 'lost it' and started to laugh out of character.
Too bad I have only found two videos of Joe's. This skit had a lot of possibilities!
