  • i love the movie wow

  • finally someone who agrees with me,I don't see how it could be scary because I honestly didn't see it. That's just me but then again I think people now days are not even trying to make good movies.

  • @dravynslilvamp Thanks for the comment, yeah I was surprised to see how much money this movie racked in. sigh

  • Yea, it was pretty bland and predictable. Good review :) (PS love the hair haha)

  • @impercua haha thanks bro.

  • I just wanted to say you are hella sexy.

  • lol Thanks for the comments.

  • ok i saw the movie it was not what i expecting it to be but it was a waste of my time i mean it was not scary, a cuple thumps and screams that was it! the end was bull shit i mean when she thew him and she crawed up on him and jumped at the screen,, mdrproductionz you were so right about barrowing this movie, and i think the best part was when it ended lol. oh yaugh mdrproductionz you should do a comparosion with this movie and polergise, polergise that movies is scaryer than this.

  • haha yeah, and I know it sounds like I'm hating on this movie to most of everyone who did enjoy it, it is merely my opinion, I just find it to be kinda sad that they had to hype this film up so much that I think people believe it was scary and that it was really really good, because they are being told to think that. I was upset, I wanted it to be good, because a movie can only come along every 10 yrs or so and gross that kinda money on a low budget level, maybe next time it shall be me. ;-)

  • hi im interested in this movie i have not seen it yet, i just bought it, im hearing from a few people it is scary im really in to horror movies, should i waste my time watching this movie, will i get a chill?? please right me back

  • hey almostskaters02, i wanted this to be good, I was disappointed as you've heard in my review, others still claim to like it, I would like to hear what you think after you watch it, I was hoping for chills but I was horribly disappointed by all the hype, I really expected this to be much more exciting. Thanks for the comments.

  • Okay, paranormal activity sucked, yeah i almost fell asleep in like 15 mins in to the movie. which i don't like movies to go slow in my option anyway. But a few things i didn't like 1 i didn't like her just standing there looking over her bf and then going back to bed. i mean drugs could of been involved, and 2 the sounds could be the house moving i mean there in cali hints: earth quakes etc.... and 3 the being pulled out of the bed was totally stupid fake and horrible. it was the waste of money

  • Thanks for your comments vampirechick!

  • me to the movie wasn't the best but it was kinda creepy at the nighttime waiting for something to happen when nothing would.but one thing is that people where i saw it were leaving in the middle of the movie so if you get scarred easy then you might get more out of it.

    P.S. Zombieland was EXTREMELY funny.

  • I agree KillingKenny, Thanks for your comments!

  • yeah i admit it started out slow, but i really ended up enjoying it, especially when katie was dragged away, i thought the ending was powerful and raw, and i was surprised that so many people didn't like it

  • yeah I was even ok with the fact that it started out slow, it was expected to start to tell the story and the history and explain why things were the way they were...but it just seemed too slow after awhile and I just thought it was very unoriginal and didn't give me the gratification that I expected from seeing the trailer... I hoped for better... Thanks for the comments and your opinion frozendusk11!

  • i watched it not too long ago and yeah i thought it was pretty boring at the beginning, but i must admit i did get really freaked when the scary parts came.

  • Thanks for your comments Savannah, Thanks for sharing your opinion on the movie with me, ;-) I appreciate it...

  • the whole film basically freaked me out o.O but i found it sooooo funny when she got dragged out of the bed lol. she looked so retarded :L

  • Thanks for the comments chelsea, glad to hear your opinion on the movie.

  • i only liked the bit where she was dragged from the bed and the guy tried to get her but the door slamed thats the only bit i liked the rest was pretty bad >=O

  • Thanks for the comments Dave, thanks for sharing your opinions with us ;-)!

  • hey guys , in my opionon that film was one of the best films i`ve ever seen, cause its not a clichè movie like halloween , scream and so on.. the things that are shown in paranormal activity are things which people are faced with.. and its not excessive.. , but i also can understand your opinions, cause peoplle who dont believe in ghost and creatures ...etc, than its clear if you dont like movies like that and expect more ..sry if there are some false sentences I`m from Germany..

  • hey Hmari, it's not even that I don't believe. I do believe in paranormal activity. I don't think the movie was as well done as I expected. I haven't personally experienced a paranormal activity in real life but I don't doubt that it can happen or occur. Thanks for commenting, and giving your opinion on the film ;-)

  • i thought the movie was amazing. i was scared shitless. i am 14 year old girls so i was bound to be, but my 19 year old brother was aswell and my 26 year old sister along with my mum and gran so,...yeah lol

  • Thanks for your comments and your opinions SoRandom. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

  • i just came back from it and it was one of the most boring movies that i ever saw it was utterly terrible and thank fuck my friend who works in the cinema got me in for free cos i would of asked for my money back that's how bad it was

  • yeah but it's not the movie theaters fault if you didn't think the movie was good or not, if there was something wrong with the actual projection or something that could have been their fault, but just if you hated the movie, isn't really a term for a refund. :-/ But I do agree the movie was very slow paced and a bit boring and titus at times..Thanks for your comments and your thoughts richmeister4evea.

  • I am glad I didn't waste my money on this crap movie, I downloaded it. If I wanted to see lights flicker, I'd watch Ghost Hunters on TV, at least that is supposedly real. This movie was all hype like The Blair Witch Project. A good horror flick doesn't need millions of dollars to be made though. The Evil Dead was made with $375k and that movie is great. I'd be pissed if I spent 10 bucks a ticket to see this movie.

  • Thanks for commenting lidrum4u. I was very disappointed. Thanks for your comments and your opinions ;-)

  • I agree with pretty much all of your review. Hugely let down by it. Although I do think there were some creepy moments throughout and if you're lying awake at night and hear a floorboard creaking with certain scenes in mind, it could probably be pretty scary.

All in all thought, misleading trailer and also reviews (this is not the best horror film of the decade), but for the budget it's probably decent enough. Probably goes to number two on my shaky cam film list behind [rec]. I recommend that.

  • Thanks for your comments licence. I shall look up [rec] and see how that movie is. Thanks for your comments and your opinion. ;-)

  • I liked this movie, it surprised me really. I thought with all the "scariest movie ever" stuff that it was going to be terrible. It actually scared me though and the more I think about it the more I freak myself out. I also liked the ending. I know it was very Hollywood, but after I saw the alternate ending, this one scared me more. So overall, I liked it and thought it was fun and scary. It definitely wasn't the best horror movie of all time though.

  • Thanks for your comments Remdog. Glad you liked the movie. I just think the hype of the movie gave me false expectations for the movie, After seeing the trailer, I had to see it! and then after seeing it, I felt like I was cheated in a way. But, I'll give the movie credit where it was due, I thought the way they portrayed the ghost encounters, I just thought the story was a bit weak in my opinion. Thanks for sharing your opinion ;-)

  • I'm gonna be honest, it actually freaked me out a little. I agree that it wasn't made to what it was souped up to be. 1. You're adorable. 2. I actually had a question. Knowing it was low budget, and going into this movie knowing they didn't give you much to go on with the trailers, not to mention the actors weren't in any experience I mean did you really expect more from it? Or were you just crossing your fingers going into the theatre? I expected the worst, and so it made it at least fair.

  • Thanks for the comments QuileutePocahontas. I expected it to be really good, because every once in awhile a low budget film, not backed by a huge studio comes on the radar and explodes both in box office sales (like this one did) and also in the fact that the movie was really really good...I won't go as far as to say the movie sucked, or it was the worst thing I've ever seen...It just definitely let me down in what I was expecting and was disappointed big time. Thanks again for the comments ;-)

  • The theater adds effect. It did take like half of the movie time to get to the scary parts, and there were barely scary parts, but the end was shocking. I give it a 3 out of 5.

  • Thanks for your comments ichocolategirl!

  • paranormal activity SUCKED. you said it exactly how it is bro.

  • Thanks for the comments kfig9!

  • i just watched it...not very scary ut i liked it :)

  • Cool deal. Thanks for your comments!

  • You are full of hard nosed stiff necked bullshit.....to bad!

  • Thanks I love you too ;-) Thanks for the comments.

  • I actually didn't have high expectations for the movie, I pretty much never do for a horror film nowadays. It had some cool moments. *spoiler* I thought it was pretty cool when the demon screamed and shook the house *spoiler* but otherwise you couldn't realy identify with the characters and they acted stupid an un-logical a lot of the time, plus you can see that they are unexperienced at times. For an indie-budget film it did well. For a mainstream film it was mediocre.

  • the movie did beyond well for the budget that went into it thats for sure. It mainlined like crazy, and is bringing in mega box office bucks, just very shocked that it is, on my end, because I wasn't one big creeped out, like others mention, and I really wanted to be, really really wanted to be, but I wasn't :-( but my opinion, doesn't reflect the money they are making box office wise, so they must have done something right. ;-) Thanks for the comments.

  • You really must have no clue about paranormal science. I have seen it 3 times(2 versions); I love how they kept it real. If they had went hollywood in this film it would have taken away from the authentic feel you get. Only about 1 out of 10 people i've talked with would agree with you, but 10% idiots is expected. Certainly because most people have never experienced an active place nor recorded an evp themselves.

  • Thanks for commenting the video, you can have your opinion about things without the childish name calling, of calling people idiots, thats not called for. Everyone has their right to their own opinion. I haven't myself experienced an evp event myself, but that doesn't mean 1.) I'm an idiot, 2.) that I don't believe that these things can actually occur. I understand the movie was meant to "keep it real" as you put it, I wanted to enjoy it more then I did. I believe it was just too over hyped.

  • You look androgynous

  • Thanks for the comments.

  • the screen shot at the end is priceless my freind

  • Thanks Bryant!

  • yeah i watched it,it wasn't all that scary till the end

i really was let down too,i heard so many reviews saying it was "the scariest movie of all time" and others related to it,i thought cause i was with my friends when i watched it and i already knew some parts from the trailer and from people who told me....i was indeed aware what would happen but the thing is nothing happended so yeah i agree with you totally i would use your words mdrproductionz

    good job!

  • Thank you so for much for your comments sir. I am sorry to hear you were let down as I was. Thanks for the comments.

  • It was good, but he makes some good points.

  • Thanks Megabaseballfreak. Glad you liked my review. Thanks for the comments.

  • they actually showed how the house got worse each night. that was alright but they didnt have to show each step. dissapointing

  • Thanks for your comments CrazyTactics21.

  • hair getting long brother

  • Yes Suhhh! Thanks for commenting my video Danny ;-) Miss ya snook ems

  • dude i totally agree it was so fucking stupid until like the last 20mins the end wasnt that bad but predictable.

  • Thanks for the comments. I wanted it to be good....I really did...even before seeing the movie, I had convinced other people who didn't want to see it, because they thought it was going to be stupid to want to see it, and when I finally see it, I felt cheated, and feel like a cheater for talking this film up so much...Thanks for the comments!

  • I wish I could have seen this yesterday before I went to go see it! We actually laughed at parts that people were getting scared at. LOL. They showed the ending on the trailer. WTF huh? LOL.

This movie was a waste of time! LOL!

  • I agree. and I was wanting this movie to be as great as I was led on to believe it was, and was horribly let down. This one goes right in the same basket as "Quarantine" for me, expected greatness and wasn't horribly let down. Thanks for the comments!

  • I could be way off but I think people who didn't like this movie were expecting to "see more stuff" and wasn't moved by the big picture of what was going on. I did like it. I got a whole feeling of doom vibe in the last half. Even before that, footsteps in the dark where there should be none...wow, to me that's one of the scariest things I can think of.

  • It wasn't even just the see more stuff aspect, as you mentioned. I didn't feel one bit connected to the characters. I didn't feel anything for them. I even was begging to feel this "vibe" that everyone that found this film to be so frightening, and still didn't feel one bit of uneasyness (yes a made up word) Thanks for the comments!

  • Fair enough. I agree it's important to be able to connect with the characters to even halfway enjoy a movie. I did feel for Katie but thought Micah was a douche, but I did enjoy their chemistry. Thanks for replying! :)

  • no problem ;-) I enjoying hearing other peoples opinions on it. Thanks for commenting ;-)

  • I agree with everything you said in this review. I heard from some of my friends that it was scary, and that they had trouble sleeping, others I heard it was boring, over-hyped, and made them laugh in the theatre. I went to go see it, and I was, like you, supporting this film, and thinking it was going to be great, but it let me down. The last scene was good, but I don't see how it could have made "grown men scream like little girls", or something along those lines I heard from another review.

  • I've heard the same things, I'm really shocked that people are "horrified" of this film....I'm now (after seeing it, and being disappointed) horrified at how much money this film is making on a 11,000 budget?! WOW! Thanks for commenting!

  • Finally, someone that is just as disappointed in the "scariest movie of all time" as me! It recieved far too much hype, and everyone who told me it was terrifying must have gotten nightmares from Barney the Dinosaur... The only thing that even slightly startled me was the ending.

Ooooh, the sheets and doors are moving by themselves!... I won't sleep for a week!

  • lol thanks for the comments ;-)

  • Have you heard about the original ending?I don't mean the alternate original ending, but the ending that was only played once to a test crowd. If not, I highly recommend reading about it, as it is pretty much impossible to find.Regardless, it is a far more horrifying conclusion than the theatrical release, which was a shock moment, to be sure, but also took away from the build up of the film, which, to be fair, was supposed to be slow in order to create suspense and promote character development.

  • Right and I fully understand it being slow to create suspense and promote character development, In my opinion, I just found it to be too slow in developing, I gave it time where I expected it to be a bit slow in pace in order to establish who was who and what was what, but after awhile of still being slow in pace, I started to almost lose interest, and didn't feel connected with the characters at all. Thanks for the comments though Aragoth99!

  • i thought the movie sucked man, it was so hyped and it dissapointed me. idk how ppl found it scary, to me it was too predictable, and idk y ppl were screaming and shit, all it was was footsteps, a door slamming, basically all the scenes in it were just repetitive, i wouldnt even label this as a horror film, more like a mystery

  • Thanks for the comments Hotguy6313!

  • wow, i agree with literally everything you said

  • Thanks Turnercm100! and thanks for commenting!

  • Not that they were bad actors, those 2 had 2 act as if they were normal ppl, like when people do when they have their own home videos, it had 2 seem authentic

  • I understand that, and I didn't have anything to complain about that, it was just the pacing of the movie, and the resolution was just kinda weak in my opinion. Thanks for the comments.

  • yea but you have to understand that when your acting....u always have to act like normal thats waht gives the authentic acting....if u act like if theres no camera when there is then it really gives the good actor feeling...in my opinion

  • Thanks for the comments dha1yuneedx! The paranormal activity movie was made with an 11,000 dollar budget and grossed $19,617,650 there first weekend opening when opened to all 760 theaters nation wide. ;-)

  • I'm not going to lie and say it didn't disturb me, but it could have been better. What was getting me about this was that it was a possession film, and those just freak me out. The first thirty, forty minutes though was just slow. I liked it better once it started climaxing.

  • yeah i found it to be slow during that time as well, I even expected that. But, I just thought from the previews there would be alittle more of the paranormal occurrences. Thanks for the comments DarkLightningEnvy.

  • good review man. and its official you are ray ramano

  • lol thanks noglea...

  • zombieland was fucking terrific! paranormal was just dumb, and yes that ending is definitly the crowd reaction scene. and i predicted that ending to, and what was up with her like eating him at the end haha

  • lol I was confused by the whole her eatting him like a zombie thing too, Thanks for the comments.

  • I thought it was ok it was not reallly bad but it was not good but i like it

  • Agreed, Luckily I didn't pay to see the movie, I think the most shocking thing about this movie was the part where the dude looks at what could happen to his g/f... a little exorcist thing going on. I don't know it was the scariest movie I've ever seen. They hyped this movie up WAY too much!

  • you need to use your imagination which i dont think you have. stick to your hollywood movies

  • totally right, man.

  • i agree with you almost 100 precent, except i heard the movie was ridiculously scary, went in expecting it to be. and it was so stupid, up until the last 20 minutes, but the ending scene is stuck in my head.

  • dude you sound like ray romano

  • i thought it was good, i dont get scared by movies so i wasnt expecting that but still it was really entertaining i thought the actors were really good too

  • iiitskaylaaa needs to shut up, and not be so mean, like forreal, its his opinion.

I totally agree with you I saw it with my aunt, and it was very shocking, because the acting was horrible. They couldv'e done better. And whats up with the ending? It didn't all fit together..and yes, the trailer features the audience being so shocked and scared, but when I was watching it, no one even jumped. And there was about 20 people. I look forward to watching Zombie Land.

  • Thanks for the back up there Morgan...I appreciate it ;-) I don't take it personally when I get comments like that on videos, it's some people roles on the interwebs to just be ignorant and say things like that , doesn't bother me. and hey at least she took the time out from playing with the apple computer at the apple store (she has a video of it on her channel, lmao) to leave a comment on my page...haha Thanks for letting me know what you thought, and thanks for watching my video and enjoying!

  • I agree with you fully on both films lol.

  • Thanks PRchingon, glad you liked my video and thanks for taking the time to comment on my video!

  • I agree with u man! It sure was a big let down

! Hollywood pulled another blair witch and guess what it worked! In my opinion I thought this movie was more of a comedy then a horror they should of filmed our audience cuz we were laughing so hard at how horrible the acting was and the stupid things they did!

  • Yep It seems every 10 years they can pull a "blair witch" and it still explodes into epic box office sales... It's shocking that it still continues to bring in more and more money every time. Thanks for the comments pulokaproduction!

  • I totally agree, I was expecting to be scared and sitting on the edge of my seat, instead I was just hoping something interesting would happen, then just hoping to see the characters die painfully.

  • Yeah, it was definitely one of those movies, that tricked us into seeing it sorta speak. Thanks for the comments ctrlaltfck!

  • scariest part hands down is the ending,

unexpected screaming and Katie getting dragged out of the bed by nothing.....

  • Thanks for the comments OhMasterSqueekyFeet!

  • lol reading what people have 2 say on here is fun just based on what they can come up with it shows how much time they spend on talkin trash instead of putting that time in 2 making a video now who wins

  • lol Yeah I know right Chris? lol Thanks for the comments bro.

  • yeah you are right like holy shit thought it was a youtube video by him with a wig on but no its you so hell yeah gl hf

  • one day your opinions will matter. Until that day, you shall continue to try to impress people. Thanks for commenting!

  • you sound like ramond off of everbody loves ramond

  • It's not the first time I've heard that, Thanks for the comments.

  • i thought this was one of the scariest movies ive seen of all time. idk. but i probably agree its not really anything to blow money on. try freeloading off a friend that gets it. because i wouldnt want to watch it alone my first time anyways!! luckily i had someone with me.

  • Thanks for the comment ;-)

  • Good thing my boyfriend works at the theater, and I got in for free! Hehehe.

I was kinda disappointed, and then as I thought about the movie, I was more creeped out. Like just the thinking how you can't see the thing and it can follow ANYONE there's no pattern or anything. Anyway, the after effect was scary to me not the movie. But I do agree it was REALLY slow.

  • Thanks for your comments WhoaGirl12...I wasn't even creeped out. I was just down right disappointed with the overall outcome of the movie, it was extremely slow and never paid off. And everyone that keeps saying it scared the day lights out of them, I'm wondering to myself if they watched the same movie I did....because It didn't scare me at all...not even once, and I was welcoming it to scare me...I was ready to be scared, and still nothing. Thanks for the comments.

  • well, I have to disagree. I don't think a movies scariness should be based on if it makes you jump or not, because those stupid videos online that tell you to watch the screen for something and then something pops up and screams will make you jump. I thought this movie was very successful in portraying a haunting. And i thought it was very successful in being a creepy movie. In my opinion, it is a movie that goes home with you. Something that you just cant shake off.

  • Yeah, But I'm speaking in the sense that it makes me to jump because it takes me out of reality and catches me with the element of true surprise therefore I jump. I didn't think the movie was as horrifying as I keep hearing everyone say, how they were frightened, and went home and were scared for hours afterwards...i'm like scared because of how much money its making? because thats the only thing that scared me about it. Thanks for your comments.

  • Im the type of person that like seein movie close to real life and Paranormal Activity happen to be one of those movie, Im not that into SAW and Final Destination I know that some are but im not and yeah the first 30-45mins was not that awsome but near the end it start to wake you up HardCore.

  • I see your point Mustang. and I'm all about movies that replicate a real life event, or trying to make it the most realistic thing ever. I just expected the movie to shock and awe me more then it did. I didn't feel connected to the characters at all. I will give the movie its credit where I feel its deserved, in the ways they showed the paranormal activity it was convincing. just from the trailer, it was hyped up so much more then I feel it was worth. Thanks for the comments.

  • i completely agree with matt. i was extremely disappointed with the production. also check out the alternate ending here on youtube. that sucked too.

  • Thanks for the comments Calbabyy32. I have the original ending linked in the sidebar as well... I thought the original ending was more detailed and less predictable then the one that was used in the film was the one Stephen Spielberg had them change.

  • i honestly thought this movie was like amazinngg. it scared the shit out of me. i thought this movie was really good haha. it really wasn't a "horrible let down."

  • Well once again that is your opinion...and I expected it to be so much more frightening. I usually will base a scare film off of if it gets me once with a suspenseful moment, and get me to jump I will admit to it having scared me. Not only did this movie fail to do this, It just wasn't entertaining to me, I've seen more entertaining amateur films on no budget that did a better job. Thanks for the comments Habadita!

  • And I almost forgot.

I definitely didn't even go to theatres to watch it. I watched it with a few people online. With one of those little transfer cam things onto a wall. My friend was like...clutching my arm, and by the time the movie was over, she had the most...annoyed look on her face and was like, "I WAS CLUTCHING YOUR ARM FOR THAT?!" I can't say what else she said, because it would give the ending away for anyone who really feels the need to watch it. It was too slow, mostly. :l

  • Thanks for the comments Obiwandreamuhhxx.

  • yeah i thought the same thing as you but then once again they invested only $11 thousand on it which wasn't a lot : and like you said they should not have had the actors record it because it was kinda dumb no offense : but i really liked some parts which were creepy

  • Right 11,000 dollars wasn't alot for a movie budget...But, I'm not exactly sure where that 11,000 dollars went unless it went into renting that location, or the film processing...because the movie didn't appear to even have that type of budget....But I won't hate on it, I just was very disappointed and expected something so much more. Thanks for the comments.

  • Ohhh I was planning on seeing it in a theater, but if it's not as good as the trailer made it out to be, I'll wait til it's on TV or something! D:

Thank you for the heads up! Much appreciated! Saves me like 30 bucks! :D

  • Yeah I was really disappointed :-( Let me know what ya think if you remember when it comes out to dvd or movie channels or something... Thanks for the comments Kristen!

  • yw dude just giving u some bac up on your review

  • ok well i saw the movie and what i think about it is in the video

  • everyone hates this movie...i thought it was dope its cuz i get scared easly and i believe that kinda sutff its w.e everyone has their own opinion

  • Yeah you're right Paul. To each's own, and everyone has the right to like or dislike the film. And either way, the film is bringing in mega bank, so I suppose it can't be all bad right? I just expected more. I enjoyed amateur-esk films and I just expected more. Thanks for the comments my asian friend!

  • I haven't seen it, I saw all the fuss on twitter, but lol I guess I'll just wait till DVD like you suggest. Gracias!!! :)

  • That's just my suggestion, but you be the deciding factor what you would like to do. ;-) Thanks for the comments Pearl.

  • (continuing from my previous comment) and because of the, in depth character development.. it seemed to make the movie that much more real. cause for me personally, i pretty much cared for those two people. and in regards to ghost, who doesn't believe in them? or at least a little bit? that, along with the first-person style of cinematography, makes the movie feel VERY real. honestly, i could go on forever, obviously.. i fucking pretty much loved this film!

  • Well I'm glad you chose to express your opinion with me Dallas. I just think I from all the "overhypedness" of the film I expected it to be alot more then it was. I just thought it didn't make my believe. and I went into it with the mind set that I wanted to believe, and I do believe in the idea of paranormal situations....I was disappointed because I've seen much more amateur films that frightened me more then this movie. I personally think the movie could have been an hour long, the extra 36

  • minutes were just not needed. I thought the characters to me where to one sided. They seemed to changed to one side or the other, they weren't in my opinion multiple emoting like most characters have the abilities to do. Overall, by far not the worst movie ever created, or that I've seen, but It let me down big time... Thanks for the comments Dallas, you rock.

  • i pretty much thought paranormal activity was fantastic. i got to see it down at the neptune theater in seattle before it's major, national release. and honestly, i think there was a lot of elements that played in to the overall enjoyment of the film. one of those elements being the energy of the audience around me.. people were genuinely SCARED! and that rubbed off on me. the first act of the film, was reeeally long. but the character development was almost needed.

  • i freeakin trailer films!!!!!!! Dx

  • lol Thanks Wakeupxxxzzz!

  • i didn't like paranormal activity....i think the whole thing was too fake :/

  • Yeah I was extremely let down too. ;-( Thanks for the comments Miguel.

  • I saw Paranormal Activity, and i thought it was an ok movie, alot better than blair witch at least. I admit that some of the scenes you could tell that they were acting, like the second time the psychic comes in. I also agree about the taking to long to build up. I disagree though about buying it on DVD because you won't be able to get the same effect from the movie as you would in theatres, but who knows i may be wrong. Also I saw zombieland as well and can't wait to see the review.

  • Thanks for the comments xander.

  • Good honest review, Matt.I occasionally buy a DVD but I shall avoid this one. I am a movie fan who wants my movie to get into the plot within ten minutes. If they cannot get the titles and character intros done by then, they have lost me.

  • Thanks Tom. Yeah, thats just my opinion on the movie. I was disappointed, because I really looked forward to the movie, and felt almost betrayed by the idea that the movie trailer was selling, and the final product I saw in theaters, looked like something I could have put together, in a weekend, without trying, while intoxicated. Where did the $11,000 dollar budget go? I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for the awesome comments as always kind sir.

  • I heard that The Marketing team was going from Message Boards to website's leaving Comments about how this is the scariest movie of all time, and everyone one of my friends said it was Over Hyped that Blair Witch was better. If that's true I'm gonna be so Pissed when I go see it.

  • Yeah I was really disappointed Kyle...Let me know what you think if you choose to see it. Thanks for the comment bro.

  • You just saved me 8 bucks. Thanks! :D

  • lol Yeah, like I said, see it if someone you know has it when it comes to DVD, and see what you think...I've seen much better, or a much smaller scale and it was much more frightening...Thanks Bruss for your comments bro.
