I think every type of musician needs to watch these workshops. We are all bassist and drummers, well at least we all ought to be. You can learn way more about how to play you instrument better by listening to other instrumentalists.

To Moog 168,I saw DC at an iin store appearance at a Sam Ash grand opening near Philly. at the time I DID not know who he was,only from some cymbal endorsements done in a trade publication. Its sad to think that someone of his supposed caliber would even think to make a disparaging remark of any kind to a fan. Just goes to show some artists know how to handled sucess and some don't,like Mr.Chambers demostrated. he may be a great muscian,but he leaves a lot to be desired a a person.

i saw victor for the first time ever, in the begin of this year, playing live in Rotterdam, Holland.

i was very impressed about his playing, but also the way he says things.

it just makes sence when you hear him talk about music. and the coolest part : that gave me way more motivation too keep prectising on the bass. thanks victor!

Victor Wooten is one of the finest bassist around. Any time you can record with Stanley Clark and Marcus Miller that says a lot about your playing ability. I had a chance to meet Victor Wooten (and unlike Dennis Chambers the drummer) he does not project any kind of attitude. When you're great you are great,and Victor is not only a great musician but ,a fine gentleman. To the dperson who said thire farts sound better than his playing ,I'll bet you can even play dead,not alone an instrument.
