so you know that the oxyhydrogen welder is one of the oldest welders right. that over 100 years ago they used these, for arc light, for welders, and so on. and you can buy from those same companies. they are still used a lot in jewelry welders, glass formers. and straight oxyhydrogen welders. and all have very old patents. and thier manufacturers have more then 100 years experience with hydrogen. haveing tons of safety features. so what does yours offer that i cant get from a professional one?
I am the principal investigator of a group dedicated to ecology that manufactures and exports machinery professional HHO some years ago to over 30 countries.
We developed our own security systems that are 100% effective.
What do you do with the oxygen released during electrolysis? If the two gases are mixed, how do you prevent the gas inside the cell from catching fire?
If the output pressure exceeds the burning rate of the gas, then the flame can't pass into the torch head due to the outward pressure. If it does, there is a flash back arrestor between the tank and head as to stop the flame at the arrestor to prevent the generator from exploding. Also bubblers are generally used as a second safety device.
One can buy plug-in oxy-hydrogen generators (just add water) from commercial suppliers. What is the point of building one? Also, the hydrogen does not remain as atoms; the system lowers its energy by the formation of hydrogen molecules. If hydrogen remained atomic, then airships would be more viable because HH would have twice the lifting power. Molecular hydrogen has only a slightly greater lifting power than helium (because helium does not form molecules).

Oops, forgot to mention that the commercial generators come with attached cutting-torch.

the point of building one is because it can be done. and it is cheaper.

That's OK then; just so long as you do not believe that it is 'magic'.

This reactor and all the others that are in my site HidrogenPower had been developed by me after long inquiry.
