The incident was video captured by local cameras that spoted this projectile traveling low altitudes untill reaching the target... but a couple of hours later all those videos were gone.. and the withnesses?... where are they now?... Plane accidents usually leave debries... were any debries found on that?... How would a plane penetrate reiforced concrete anyways?... impossible.
