But in Him we are not condemned. Those not in Christ will go to hell according to Jesus Himself. Those who go through the door, Christ said He was the door, will be saved.
If you alone were the only person to accept Jesus' gift of salvation He still would have taking all the beatings. He would have still climbed that hill broken and bleeding and for you alone. Offer up his life for you. Knowing that would you give your life for Him? Jesus doesn't want you to die for him physically but He wants you to give up your life of sin. Take up your cross and follow Him even if no one else believes remember the pledge He died for me I'll live for Him.

Hold on Sweetie. I was homeless for 2 months with a newborn and 2 other children under 4 years old in the winter of 1998. I was escaping an abusive Marriage. I don't recall how, but God saw to it even tho it wasn't what I had planned, that we made it thru. Life isn't easy, but when u are scared pray & cry out to God. I'll be praying 4U ALL. xoxo~Bella

Well, I think Jesus came to Earth to show us how to live. Basically, live by the commandments. He just wanted to give us an example to live by. Then He gave up His life for our sins, yeah, but the bigger portion is that He lived for us, too.

At one time in Joseph's life he lived in Grand Prairie, Texas and that's where I met him, he rented a house from my grandmother..was working at a church..tryin to get his life back on track, Seventh Day Slumber was together then, and he lost his way again, and left. I never thought I'd see him make his way back..and I'M SOOOOO PROUD OF HIM!! God Bless!

He would GO to them and COMFORT them. He would LOVE them. He would show COMPASSION. He would CARE. Most of us would avoid the sickly and homeless. But Jesus would HELP them. He would HEAL them, spiritually and physically. He would LOVE them.
Thats what we need to do and show as Christians. We NEED to represent the LORD. We are here for a purpose: to spread God's word. How can we convince others to turn to Jesus if we don't act like we know Him ourselves? Yes, we aren't perfect, but we can try. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. AMEN.

Yes, some people may use the money you give them to buy drugs. But there are also many homeless people that need money to buy things like utensils for cooking, or clothing to keep them warm. They don't all need food, some of them have enough. So if you go up to them while they have a sign that says "Will work for Money" & give them food... well, if I was them, I'd be getting frustrated. Giving money isn't bad, just be smart & if they smell like tabacco or smokes, don't give them money, then.

one time, i was traveling, and i think a homeless person came up 2 my mom and said 'excuse me? do u have any spare change?' so my mom was like 'no sory' so a few minutes later, she gave me some change and said 'go give this to that man over there' and so i went and saw 3 other homeless ppl. it was sad : ( but whenever i came bak, i asked y she changed her mind, and she said 'bc i had a feeling' and i was happy tht my mom did that : )
This song really describes what's going on with me right now..I'm having some troubles believing in God anymore. I went to a church retreat this weekend hoping it would change something...but it didn't. I can't feel like I used to. Without religion, I don't have anything else left to hope for..

Its a compassionate song of conviction, I have friends/family who at one time were heading in the right direction but went to/ back to meth use - a spiritual battle. sorry a certain christian alt station doesnt play this song anymore like they used to.Songs of contentment, testimony, revival, conviction or anything else "biblical" should definitely be played on christian alt stations. "Manipulative songs" shouldn't be allowed on the "air" even if people say they like/love it. Agape Love, Truth.

This video is BEAUTIFUL!!!! For a period of time my family was homeless, it was when we began to attend a church dedicated to reaching out to the homeless that we were able to begin to climb out of it.... soon my mother (who had done drugs for MANY years) was saved and my whole family changed...... sometimes all it takes is for a single person to reach out to change a person's entire life

You say that without religion you don't have anything else left to hope for.
You don't have to be religous.
If people 'expect' things of you, they are putting a yoke upon your shoulders.
This is also the same with 'religion'.
Jesus said that you should bare His yoke becaus it soft and light to bare.
So follow Jesus, pray, and you could ask God to put an hunger for His word (the bible) in your heart so you could realy know the truth.

dont judge an unbeliever. judge a christian wisely. some/all mysteries of the Bible are mysterious for a reason,definitely available to all who ask. so God gets the glory. only way to "decode" is to believe 1st. Only one way to the Father, that's through His Son.Def. of pride is thinking you can do something w/o God. B careful if 2 many ppl say they "love/like" certain things. Its not about what ppl "like" you need a "new heart" to understand, it is God given.Conform all "truth" to God's Word.

Its a compassionate song of conviction, I have friends/family who at one time were heading in the right direction but went to/ back to meth use - a spiritual battle. sorry a certain christian alt station doesnt play this song anymore like they used to.Songs of contentment, testimony, revival, conviction or anything else "biblical" should definitely be played on christian alt stations. "Manipulative songs" shouldn't be allowed on the "air" even if people say they like/love it. Agape Love, Truth.

This video is BEAUTIFUL!!!! For a period of time my family was homeless, it was when we began to attend a church dedicated to reaching out to the homeless that we were able to begin to climb out of it.... soon my mother (who had done drugs for MANY years) was saved and my whole family changed...... sometimes all it takes is for a single person to reach out to change a person's entire life
