i was just talking to a friend that has more then a few marx train set of about marx what if thay still been around and what would thay have made for us today and one thing he said was marx is nice and well made and very reliable but he said he dosent think thay would have done much better with the detail and that was one thing thay lacked in but thay had the good skills of the motors thay made and he strongly beleaves thay were better made then A.F trains when it came to the motors thay made

You have a lot of interesting sets. Marx had some real cheapie sets, but some of their sets were very nice. I have some plastic cabooses that I painted up that really came out nice.
