  • it isn't easy but liszt was a god... remember that.

  • i've got this same midi too and the original one too

  • Oh this is the not fun version.

  • Also it's a lot slower than it should be... especially the finale.

  • This is the alternate version. It is supposed to be in B Major... Duh...

  • This is in G Sharp Minor, not B Major...

  • Ez Liszt egyik legjobb műve!

    Féligmeddig el tudom játszani.

  • cool programme. but can it do speed?

  • it's to slow

  • Funny how the music just doesnt quite work if u play the notes perfectly on time - need - simply need!! - human dynamics to work.

TY so much for posting - awesum to see this.

    Laca.. rocks!

  • Hmmm... this is the easy version but i think that's good for student of 4-5-6 year!

    I don't speak english I study i it!

  • this is the easy one,not real!!!

  • this version is not the real one ^^ the real one is a bit more difficult...

  • On the contrary, this is actually a severely slowed rendition of the Liszt's original, transcribed etude of La Campanella, a version that's considerably more difficult than the popular version.

  • Liszt / Paganini - La campanella in g sharp minor..... Awesome anyway....

  • 3:13 - 4:05 looks like murder!

  • Seeing the piano playing itself look like this song needs 3 hands at a time : )

  • Ye I agree, what is this!? xD

  • Ahem; G Sharp Minor.

  • great video! how do you make the 3D? midi + some scripts for maya/3d studio? great!

  • This is the most difficult piece for piano ... of course, was written by Liszi .. the most difficult composer!!!....i love liszt!! He's a best pianist!! as well as Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, Mozart

  • have to say there are a lot harder composers, one of the tops where Charles-Valentin Alkan, But also Henselt isn´t too easy.

  • lol not even close to the hardest, listen to rachmaninov and tell me its not harder than that

  • 0:37 to 0:56 so so hard

  • sounds easy but really hard

  • Dudes, this is the original version Liszt's wrote, then he altered it about 30 years later.

  • I don't think the beginning part is part of the score, at least not the one I have! Is it the original? Probably not.

  • the slower notes at the start? indeed they are in the original. magnificent song really, so much emotion and so challenging!

  • that is not the way to play it

  • I can't believe no one mentioned that it's in g# minor.

  • And yes this is very funny! XD i Love this piece but it must be faster.

  • That is impossible to play because Liszt was master or paganini of piano and he¨has very big hands!

  • How is it impossible to play? theres about 1000 recordings of this pice...

  • very funny

  • strepitoso, fantastico, meraviglioso!!!!!

  • liszt had a very big hand , he could cross 14 white keys without difficulties....

  • Pianos were also a lot smaller back then.

  • what?? that is impossible. explain yourself

  • lol , u dont know ? theres been many comical drawings about liszt beening a 8 handed octopus destroying a piano lol , showing that he have large powerful hands .

  • Lol and does that prove that List was capable of crossing 14 white keys with one hand??? Get your statements right...

  • I believe that Liszt had large hands, but I highly doubt that he - or anyone, for that matter - can "easily" span 14 white keys.

  • he didn't have huge hands. this piece is just hard to play.

  • It's documented that Liszt had above average hand size. I never said that this piece wasn't difficult to play; I was simply pointing out that no man's hand can span 14 white keys.

  • the piece was designed for the complex.. i've just started playing it today and my god.. its 30x harder than you'd think!

  • Depends for who. People with years of training like Horowitz would probably top this song in about less then a day. I had a attempt to play this but I failed and that was the last time I ever sat infront of a piano. I got too frusterated. So your correct in most of the part. Its much harder than people think. Good luck!

  • he probably made the second version when he got old cause he couldn't do as well as he could when he was younger.

  • Yeah it's by no means simple, though I do prefer the orgignal to this.

  • love this!

  • hey.. this is a simplified version.. do you have the original?>

  • It's not simplified, It's just as hard. This is the 2nd version Liszt wrote. Himself. So nobody else.

  • Um, it was Busoni, wasn't it?

  • This is almost exactly like the original, except that small (easy) part was added at the beginning, otherwise, it's by no means simplified. But it is played a but slower.

  • oh, I get what you mean by simplified... that's just the beginning as tiggxtreme mentioned.

  • my mistake would be, as i heard the simplied beginning, i straight away made an assumption that the whole song is simplified. Until now, i haven't listened to the whole song.. but surely, this is slower than it should be..

  • yeah it is

  • woah! u need big hands to play this but people just do the impossible !

  • i always watch this video.. thanks to this.. that inspired me to learn it

  • The beginning is wrong...whatever

  • @trigalg693: The beginning is right, there was just an added section that, according to PuresMusic, Liszt added himself.

  • ah si yo hubiera visto este video antes! jajaja imaginensen lo q puede ayudar esto para estudiar piano!

  • Coooooooooooooooooooooool!!!!!

  • Am I dreaming? WOW

I have never seen a more helpful video than that :D Thank you a lot!!

  • waoooooooooo!

  • thanks alot i have learned to play la campanella from this video, it's so amazing, it only took me a month to learn! what program do you use to make these videos??
