Few suggestions, I know you guys are unsigned and everything but here are some things that might be helpful. Lead singer get vocal training to make your voice stronger and drop your guitar down. Whole band: sort of match outfits. Don't wear khaki cargo shorts or multiple colors. Work on stage prescence. When you guys rehearse watch Skillet or other bands, watch and learn the moves they do on stage.

being signed or unsigned has nothing to do with anything you said. ha. his voice is alot better than most bands that are famous. so he's not doing to bad. and matching outfits? haha yeah dont do that. wear whatever you want. be comfortable about it. and yes. stage presence could be worked on. but i could name 100's of bands that just stand there. so, its nothing to big to worry about. specially since they are just a cover band.
