How to Dump Xbox360 Slim 0225 Key

ok i have no idea how to flash my disc drive, i dont even know what things i will need all i know is that i replaced my broken disc drive with a used one from another xbox 360 slim, and yes there both Slims but The new one apparently needs to be flashed i guess before it will work can someone help me?

Alright mate, could you tell me what parts you're using? Any cables etc. I have a laptop and I don't have any SATA/SCSI cables. I can replace the laptop drive but I rather not as it takes hours to open a laptop and close it and I'm always left with extra bolts when I close it :)

@cyrusXmods yes should be able to, just get the latest jungleflasher and select slim key for just the key or read to dump the firmware with the key on.

Is the ck3 pro used to power the disk drive into the power brick? Would it be possible to only use the 360 usb pro, or are there any other alternatives for the ck3 pro? Or is it must needed to do so.

@qx59g power brick and ck3 pro both power the disc drive seperately just gotta choose which one you want to use, power brick powers the 360, 360 powers the drive. 360 usb pro will not power drives unfortunatly. No alternatives. I do also have the 360xtractor pro but didnt seem to work aswell as id liked with 360usb.

so when you clcik "slim key" button ,then you click "no" and then you click "yes" when it asks you to resend the command ,but did you then cycle the power? like it said in the box? or no ?

and can you use a ck3 lite and a via chipset ? or do you need a usb360pro?

i never done this before , so does that just dump your key,or does it dump the key and the stock fw that on the drive? and is it all in 1 file or is there a seperate file for the key and the stock f,orre they both saved in 1 file?

@myricalboi317 would help power the drive but depends if you have a rare chipset to help you dump the key, buy the usb pro and things become a whole lot easier.

@dpdwilson depends how handy you are, for me im a pc tech so im replacing the pcb board myself, not to hard aslong as you know how to open a 360 and a disc drive, then just place it on top, connect ribben cables from previous and then write firware with your key attached that you dumped from old pcb.

@leedeenee you put it together with modified firmware but at this moment in time the 0225 firmware is being tested and it is write protected from being written so we may need more new hardware.
