I discovered that you do manual video settings, and then change the codec to full (uncompressed). It works absolutely beautifully!!!

some of the things helped the frame rate thing to 30 and key frame to 30 made me lagg liek hell tho good tutorial tho ive also found using a diff codec kinda helps i use xfire codec

saving it on .camrec lets you edit in Camtasia Studio, while .avi lets you edit in Sony Vegas or other editing places.
