@rocky96191 because this game was made by Koei, A Japanese company. There are many different languages in china so picking one to be used in this game would've been difficult. Did i forget to mention Koei is a Japanese company?

It adds another loop of attacks (usually 2 strikes) and multiplies damage by 1.5. it rocks.

cuz in very hard mode, bodyguards attack are useless, they'll die in seconds. It's better off set them on shield, so they'll last longer and sometimes lure the enemies from u.

sorry to say...it's the same deal, eventhough if they maxed out, their life bar are way shorter then their max. Yes, they use their 4th or 5th weapon, and they do sometimes unleash musou attack, but they won't last very long in very hard trust me. This is the only thing i disapointed about this game. Koei should make those Playable character BGs as strong as when u playing them. Sad, it wasn't like that.
