lol u so right.. in europe we only do it like when we are cruising at 100 mph (germany :) ) and we have alot of sudden slow moving traffic so we put the hazards on so people behind can see were slowing down rapidly.. u do this till u are at ur pace speed and someone has closed behind ya. we expect this to move like a wave. and most of the time everyone does it right.

While illegal, it's safer to put on your hazards because blinking lights are easier to see during low visibility rather than stationary lights.

@sp3ci4lkpo LOL um, most cars' hazard lights are just their yellow blinkers. If you have trouble discerning red from yellow, sorry I can't help you.
