  • Well played!!!

  • got the sheet music the other day thank you. plan on putting up new tunes?

  • how loud would you say they are, i ask so many questions cause im thingking about buying a set

  • @johnnyhorton2 Borderpipes are not anywhere nearly as loud as GHB, but they're still not a quiet thing either. Louder than smallpipes. About right for one or two fiddle players. Great indoors or at a pub. Only a few makers in the world who I'd trust for an instrument. Oh, and if you want me to send you a copy of High Road to Linton, email me your US mailing address to hiddenvalleypc@mac.com

  • can i get the sheet music for this verison of high road to linton

  • how is the chanter different from a ghb chanter

  • @johnnyhorton2 you can play a border pipe chanter with the same fingering as the GHB, but in addition, there are quite a few extra notes you can get on a good borderpipe chanter. (G# is nice to have - sure makes "Danny Boy" sound right! ) I can't get my scanner to work. I could mail you a copy of High Road to Linton.

  • @pipermash what would you need my email or mailing adress?. is it the same version you play in this video?

  • Have you mastered those bad-boys yet? I am putting some videos of my garvie borderpipes on here, check them out!
