Improvements are indeed great. May I add few comments more? Attacks seem very short ranged - fighters have long range polearm weapons but still they don't use this advantage. Also animation sometimes is very weird. Not clear what's going on.
You need to work more on dynamics of combat. Add more quick attacks and series. Maybe even let attack knocked down opponent.
And sound. Please, have close attention to it. This is what makes ambient of the game.
