  • Nice looking drums.. <3!

  • hey could you tell me what hi hats your using? im building a whitney kit and wanna know? that is some sick drumming

  • @biglove599 Thanks! The hi hats are old Zildjian 12" hats. Don't know if they're old A's or K's .

  • The drums look a lot like the Arbiter Autotune drums from the 1970s.

No lugs on the outside - only the autotunes were fibreglass.

  • THE MOST UNIQUE DRUM I EVER SEEN IN THE WORLD!

  • *nastygrooveface* This is schmexy, bro!

  • Great drumming and I'm loving that little kit. Looks very neat without any lugs fixed to the shells! I assume there are some metal inserts embedded in the wood to screw the tension rods into ?

  • I would lev to get some of there stuff because sounds awesome and have a bad back so can't lift drums like I used to. But do these run around 1500 or how much

  • Mind if I inquire as to how much a kit like that costs?

  • @Weallfart This kit costs around $2000 . These drums are so lightweight. All the shells fit in the bass drum and it weighs about the same as a 20" bass drum. Then you have another bag for the hardware which is heavy , but not as much as regular hardware because none of the stands have legs.

  • @Weallfart It costs around $2000 . But it was a great investment .I use them all the time and they sound great. Very easy to carry and setup and tear down.

  • those look and sound fantastic. the stands also look ultra heavy duty

  • i just jam right along with my bass, thanks for the jams.

  • Beautiful!! Nice Job!!!

  • Those shells look like donkey kong barrels!

  • What an amazing feel and groove you have. Excellent drumming my friend! Rob

  • nice groove, nice drums.

  • You got an amazing sense of groove man! My ears are wet..

  • this is a great way to practice ... most of us have no problem beating up our drums and being intense at loud volumes but playing with intensity at low volumes takes practice .. Also , you start to realize that when you play you always want to leave yourself someplace to go ..you cant always be on 10 .

  • Great video man. Superb feel, I love those grooves

  • train kept a rollin all night long ! Good stuff

  • what if a train came?!?! excellent drumming as always max!

  • brilliant, thank you!!!

  • shitttt, 6:16 is sooo dopeeeeeee

  • SOunds good, my drum kits falling apart

  • @skovie23232 And how much are those shells?

  • Beautifully executed minimal funk. Mini-funk. Is good.

  • great licks/feel! How long have you had this kit?

  • @dtdrummerlady Thanks! I've had them for a little under a year. Great little drums. Very warm and very resonant and you could lift the bass drum with 1 finger , very light.

  • Amazing feel, once again! You never fail to impress and give me something to practice =]

  • awesome bro!!

  • You need to do a bass drum tuning video!!

  • LOVE THE KIT!

  • creative!!!

  • Totally enjoyable - Very artsy and musical with lots of texture. Love the polyrhythm spots. Cheers Max! :)

  • Hi-Hat and Bass drum sounds perfect!!

  • are these the drums that can cradle inside the bass drum?

  • @Drums5B Yes, 2 bags for the whole kit. All the drums fit in the bass drum and the hardware in a hardware bag.

  • Those look almost like toys drums.

    but they sound really good.

  • Dope grooves man. Are those the train tracks near Rosemont area? I love that spot.

  • i love they way you play the drums. it never gets like "oh look what a great drummer i am and what difficult things i can do". when it gets "difficult" it is because you want to play it that way and have fun.

  • Nice bass drum sound.

  • BTW how are you liking the Whitneys? What is the setup / teardown time for those badboys?

  • @cjcdrums I'm loving them. They're very light and sound great for such small sizes. Bass drum is 16" . Takes about maximum 10 minutes to setup and tear down

  • I wanna see you in a room together with Benny Greb

  • NASTY

  • superb playing! could have used a higher angle on the camera so we could see your hands :)

  • It is great to hear someone who knows that there is more about drumming than just hitting them as hard as you can :) great vid!

  • I woud kill to be able to have this much groove

  • gorgeous set... even better playing...
