I wish the books had been more about snape. Harry got to be too predictable, but snape was always changing. His story turned out to be the best out of all of them.

I am one of the biggest bibliophiles I know; it has been a long time since I have come across a character so complex as Snape. He is literarily rounded out, coming full circle in the final novel. He is deeply entrenched in not only the history of Potter's life, but in every principal moment in which Potter is involved as he grows. The dynamic nature of Snape puts him in line with some of the most memorable literary characters I can think of; he is the quintessential Byronic hero in all ways.
Can U imagine just how sad of a life Spape had? As a kid, his parents were fighting all the time, so he was hoping for happiness that he could find in Hogwarts. But he found Sirius and James who were mean to him and even stole the love of his life. And he had to pretend be into the pure-blood thing so that he wouldn't be treated like shit in the slytherin house. Afterwhat he had to become a deatheater to survive and the love of his life died because of him. When was he ever happy? Poor Severus.
I see you used clips from other media. That, and its subject matter, makes this reminiscent of like an awesome video I saw a while back called "Snape's Revenge (Voldemort Meets His Destiny)". (Seriously, the person who made it or someone who may have downloaded it needs to reupload it.)

i saw snape in my dreams last night.he was there to give a championship cup for some game, and after security protected him. Somehow i managed to get in and wanted to get his sig. Did not have a pen or a paper , but i saw studying material in a nearby desk. i tore off some pages and got the pen,then the owner caught me i said Sorry..Well i asked snaped to autograph, but first sign went messy, i realised the pages i tore off were not blank, but with the writings,he did the 2nd art n he escaped

the princes tale was and is my most favorite chapter of all 7 books i was sad when the chapter ended i feel i can relate to snape feeling the need to show that some kids whoo are athletic, ( like james a total jerk to him) and everyone likes arent the nicest

Snape symbolizes the desperate that never get what they want. As a child, he longed for kinship and hoped idealistic "kindness" would achieve that. He symbolizes those too kind for human culture to the point that he is seen as weak. But it's an inner battle to stay kind. The Dark Arts granted him kinship and power to compensate for his kindness in replacement for Lily. The non-kindness he had been storing is let out in the Potter murder. It took an even stronger man to tell Dumbledore. Go Snape.
@archfruit I think that is why Snape was so popular. I can see myself in the story of Snape. A lot of people have at some point in their lives loved someone, but was rejected. And on top of that, one might be bullied. At least that was my story in high school. I hoped to find loyal friends (Where "one for all and all for one" would rule) and I loved a woman. Howver, Fate was not on my side.
A lot of people has a story like that. Mine was not original. I think thats why people love Snape.
Not just saying this but I knew Snape would be good, even after he killed Dumbledore I knew. The guy is a legend. The romanticism of his tale his fantastic. Also, just to re-affirm my HP nerd status, I guessed that R.A.B would be Regulus Black before the 7th book came out, because I remembered the locket no one could open in Grimmauld Place in the 5th book. I understand many other fanatics will have guessed this but I am somewhat proud :). Snape is the best.
@johnstevefred I agree, I knew Snape was a good guy regardless of the fact he killed Dumbledore. Funny how even though he was a dark character who obviously murdered one of the most important good wizards, people still believed he was a good guy. That says something lol

They can do whatever they want differently in Part 2 of the deathly hallows, i really don't care, but if "The Princes Tale" portion doesn't get done in the right and full way, I'm going to be pissed and, for me, it will tarnish the film adaptations for me. I cried so hard when I read "The Prince's Tale", Poor Snape. When I first read the first book I fell in love with Snape. Snape lived for the woman that he loved but he also died for the woman that he loved. Snape protected Harry all those years for Lily. That made me love Snape so much more.

Oh, how I cried when I read "The Prince's Tale", poor Snape! I always loved Snape, right from the first book, but knowing that he lived and died for the woman that he loved and to protect her child just makes me love him so much more!
Alec Hopkins better portray teenage Snape to justice in the last film. I already know that Alan Rickman will, he's been portraying Snape justly since the first movie.

Wow. Despite there being so very little editing, (which often makes me hate a vid xD), I loved this because it tells the whole story from Severus going through his memory, and the shots of him as he is now kinda thing, reflects his feelings on it, so this is a very well made video. And the clips from Sky High and whichever other film you used were really effective :D I loved it :D

Wait a tick! I saw Serverus Snape in the trailer to 'The Deathly Hallows', how can he possibly be dead? He was sitting at the table with 'He who should not be named', though I suspect his reasons for being at that table are different from the reasons 'he who should not be named' is there. I feel a double cross coming on. To bad about Lily though. Serverus didn't mean to hurt her. Serverus is so hard on Harry because he cares about him and wishes that Harry had been his son. Lilly made a mistake the day she left Severus. Severus Snape is a kind, loving, and caring person even though he can seem cold-hearted and uncaring at times. For what other kind of person could have loved the person who left him for so long a time? Severus is truly a person worth loving and loosing everything for no matter what happens. Personally Lilly doesn't deserve Snape because she left him for James though she knew Snape truly loved her.
@VampireQueen33 Actually Sanpe always was the epitomy of a death eater when he was growing up, though he didn't show it to lily as he fancied her but showed his creed when he was angry at her. It wasn't until her life was in danger that his love for her showed him to the right side. Everything he did he did for lily, but it wasnt until he lost her that the greatest part of him showed

I remember when I watched Sky High, I really wished she had gone for the outcast guy instead of the annoying main character guy. Steven Strait is too buff to be young Snape tho IMO, because no way James would have gotten away with making fun of him XD Not criticizing tho!

Not just saying this but I knew Snape would be good, even after he killed Dumbledore I knew. The guy is a legend. The romanticism of his tale his fantastic. Also, just to re-affirm my HP nerd status, I guessed that R.A.B would be Regulus Black before the 7th book came out, because I remembered the locket no one could open in Grimmauld Place in the 5th book. I understand many other fanatics will have guessed this but I am somewhat proud :). Snape is the best.

Every time he came in I was just so happy, I don't know why but I felt in love with his character and when his true intentions and feelings were revealed I kind of broke down and began to love him even more lol I'm a true Snape fan to the core :D HE IS THE BEST FICTIONAL CHARACTER EVER.

They can do whatever they want differently in Part 2 of the deathly hallows, i really don't care, but if "The Princes Tale" portion doesn't get done in the right and full way, I'm going to be pissed and, for me, it will tarnish the film adaptations for me. Snape's memory is the most interesting part of the book. Nuff said.

I cried so hard when I read "The Prince's Tale", Poor Snape. When I first read the first book I fell in love with Snape. Snape lived for the woman that he loved but he also died for the woman that he loved. Snape protected Harry all those years for Lily. That made me love Snape so much more.

Oh, how I cried when I read "The Prince's Tale", poor Snape! I always loved Snape, right from the first book, but knowing that he lived and died for the woman that he loved and to protect her child just makes me love him so much more!
Alec Hopkins better portray teenage Snape to justice in the last film. I already know that Alan Rickman will, he's been portraying Snape justly since the first movie.

Wow. Despite there being so very little editing, (which often makes me hate a vid xD), I loved this because it tells the whole story from Severus going through his memory, and the shots of him as he is now kinda thing, reflects his feelings on it, so this is a very well made video. And the clips from Sky High and whichever other film you used were really effective :D I loved it :D

Wait a tick! I saw Serverus Snape in the trailer to 'The Deathly Hallows', how can he possibly be dead? He was sitting at the table with 'He who should not be named', though I suspect his reasons for being at that table are different from the reasons 'he who should not be named' is there. I feel a double cross coming on. To bad about Lily though. Serverus didn't mean to hurt her. Serverus is so hard on Harry because he cares about him and wishes that Harry had been his son. Just imagine.

Lilly made a mistake the day she left Severus. Severus Snape is a kind, loving, and caring person even though he can seem cold-hearted and uncaring at times. For what other kind of person could have loved the person who left him for so long a time? Severus is truly a person worth loving and loosing everything for no matter what happens. Personally Lilly doesn't deserve Snape because she left him for James though she knew Snape truly loved her.

It wasn't until her life was in danger that his love for her showed him to the right side. Everything he did he did for lily, but it wasnt until he lost her that the greatest part of him showed

I remember when I watched Sky High, I really wished she had gone for the outcast guy instead of the annoying main character guy. Steven Strait is too buff to be young Snape tho IMO, because no way James would have gotten away with making fun of him XD Not criticizing tho!
