  • Zorane, zelimo ti sve najbolje na 7. OI u Londonu. Zoran, we wish you all the best at your 7th Olympic games!!! Give your best and good luck. In Beijing, it was fantastic to see Persson and Primorac fighting for the bronze medal.

  • I just love the way Ma lin throws up hes bat when he loses :D

  • lol Primorac sticks his tongue out like a dog when he serves

  • I cant remember the last time I saw ma lin loose against some european player (except timo boll..and waldner)

  • When Ma Lin scores, the crowd roars. When Primorac scores, there is next to dead silence, lol. Primorac has a deadly shakehand.

  • well, kreanga's backhand is not gone

  • lol whats with all the jersey changes?

  • why does Ma changed shirt?

  • @CTTlleida1 why u retard?

  • @sjasi1982m why your mom bitch?

  • primorac has a great backhand

  • nice

  • cool...

  • 0:01 lol

  • Holy shit, that side spin is just nuts

  • lol at the fart 0:38

  • THE FIRST DRIVE O.O

  • you are all right. boll and samsonov play close to table, block and topspin. and they can compete with the chinese. but youth europeans always want to make nice points, they go away from the table and provocate counterloop rallies. they make some nice points but thats all. 4:0 or 4:1 for chinese player.

  • good vids man~ thanks!

  • primorac too much power for rice eater!

  • i think that europeans need to go back a decade and earn this kind f table tennis that primorac uses, with strong backhand punch and close to the table. that is how waldner, persson, primorac, gatien beat chinese, and i think that that is the only solution for euro players. here you see that style against ma lin, the same ma that 8 years after this cannot be beaten

  • @reezwa your definately right. Nowadays its all about counterspinning and spinning balls from 5 meters away from the table. If there is something the chinese can do best its topspin on topspin and counterspinning. And still european players follow the chinese. Are european players and coaches that dumb not to find any solution against the chinese tactics? Japan and korea got oh sang eun, jun mizutani and kenta who can beat the chinese and they all play block. Europe should learn from this...

  • @kaikaz totally agree with you cuz nowadays europeans follow chinese in their style but they are not as fast as asians so they cant use those tachniques as they would like to use them. europeans are too slow for that style of play. salvation is in the block play with powerful close to the table punches.

  • @reezwa indeed if you look at how ma lin plays. He doesnt use his backhand very often. He runs around to loop with his forehand. If you can block this ball straight to his forehand side of the table, he cant loop it very strong anymore and thats where the other one can attack. Ofcourse its easier said then done, but counterlooping their powerloops is alot harder in my opinion than trying to block them out. It might look so spectacular but on that level its all about winning and not how it looks.

  • @kaikaz i agree. it is much harder to play counter topspin on ma lins balls because they have so much rotation, so i think that waldners and perssons style were, without a doubt, perfect. sure they lost to chinese a lot of times but they also won most of the times. it is too hard to compete with chinese in what seems to be their unique style of play, of course i am talking about topspin play with much speed and with a lot of forehand play.

  • seriously, bring back youtube's five star rating system!!

  • So impressive the play by Primorac, beating Ma Lin here, 10 years after he won this event.

  • Crowd was totally biased toward Ma Lin, seemed like Primorac was the underdog. lol

  • It was in China...you wouldn't find Croatians rooting for Ma Lin.

  • The crowd is great.

  • could u post more vids from this tournament

could u also post timo and kong linghui at this tournament

  • why did both change their shirts?:P

  • @raidenkk thats aso stupid question.you try move so fast so much.you know there is this one thing, when you do exausting work you get sweaty

  • primorac had awesome backhand!!

  • Primorac's backhand punch is awesome, just like Waldner. Theirs are the best of world. It's a very simple, effective weapon against a powerful looper in the near-table combat. Anyway these 2 guys are dinosaurs now. They are gone. Gone with them is their once-famous backhand punch. ☆☆☆☆☆

  • @tyoungos laban

  • @tyoungos yeah.but they are not dinosaurs.waldner is about 42 and primorac is about 34.but still they have let themselfs go

  • @tyoungos ...and don't forget the Korean T-Rex, Oh. His BH blocking placement is also legendary.

  • @tyoungos Ma lin is not a dinosaur. He is thirty-two, and number seven in the world. Know your facts.

  • @DWILLMVP1 you are dumb, he was talking about primorac and waldner, dumb fuck

  • look at the name of primorac on the scoreboard after the first set, it says "Purimorac"...

I love primorac his technique, little bit like Smirnov if you ask me

  • 0:03 amazing spin and speed, speed glue comeback please! *____*

  • thanks man !

Ma Lin`s forehand topspin is probably one of the best ever..

  • i started playing about year and half a go but speed glue looks so fun

  • i love those old matches, the style of the players is so different to the style today. they had just more feeling and less trained strokes i think

  • the sound is awesome

    speed gluing FTW :D

  • Zoran's flips are pretty damn awesome

  • Great match dude ! Thanks for the upload !

  • wow i never knew primorac could play this well. was he amazing on this day or was ma lin having an off day?

  • Very interesting! Thanks!!

  • @08nessh i would get sooo many bitches if i was as cool as you.

  • lol
