Ok, you're damn gorgeous, so I apologize. By the way, I did set all my volume levels on maximum. This is the problem when you use a laptop - which more and more people are these days - is that many youtube videos are recorded at too low of a volume level for it to be audible. You might want to tweak your next one for the millions of laptop users that can't hear a word you're saying because I was interested to hear about your review.
I found the easiest way to take care of the "Red Light Indicator" was just to cut a small strip of black electrical tape and place it over the indicator light. It blends in so well you can hardly tell it is there.
It's best to use the cam without " the Digital Electronic Image stabilization", and " Singleface detect" the battery life will be a good 1 hr 20 min. the Red indicator can be minipulated by taking out the screw, and lifting up on the see through plastic cover, if you want to cover up.

Macro is for filming objects up close. (You know that by now)? I like the Zi8 too. Its a good camera for the price. Five stars!
