This can not really be counted as a prediction, because it does not truely predict or warn of anything. Mentioning Japan & tsunamis itogether is like saying "bacon & eggs" it is not unisual, as tsunamis are pretty common in the region.

but regardless of my opion there are people out there who do belive in them, and feel they work.

And you did get it caught on tape with lots of people who heard the prediction. why would the ghost(or what ever it ia that made the signal) say "it didn't happen" as part of its "prediction" when clearly it did happen

"it didn't happen" probably just meant it hasn't happened yet. they're asking for a prediction and by saying "it didn't happen" is basically stating the obvious. it makes sense in the context of the question. what probably would of made it easier to understand is if the full sentence was "it didn't happen yet".

that's what I understood from the context the first time listening to the clip. could be wrong though.
