I have a 32" Westinghouse, it's two years and a piece of crap. Sometimes the white parts of the picture turns an aqua blue, or i get skinny colored glitchy lines or the tv will just shut off on its own. I have emailed Westinghouse for help, and they have ignored me. I will never buy one of their products again. I wished i'd bought the Sony I was looking at, but didn't want to spend the extra money...now I have to buy a whole new TV...

westinghouse is THE WORSE product and costumer service ever.after only one year of use, my 32 inch dies and they don't honor the warranty cause they say there's no parts and the warranty is limited.one year and the tv already to trow away.it was 380 dollars it will cost me 300 to fix.find a single customer of westinghouse that actually is happy with the product or the customer service,just browse a bit,and read all this hundreds of people fed up with it. DON'T BUY WESTINGHOUSE!

Stay away from Westinghouse!!! I talk from expierience....I have a westinghouse tx-42f430s....nothing but problems...sent it in to be fixed because it died after 3 months...had to pay for shipping and waited 4 months for a refurbished tv, which is dying and has lots of stuck pixels....tech support is a joke too.

seems like everyones having problems with these tv's. i've got one too. had it for about a year and been having problems three months after i got it. I've been lookin online and for some solutions and found out the tv's been getting too hot. i took off the back cover and put two fans on the backside of the screen and it kinda worked. what i mean is that i had to keep unpluging and pluging it back in, and it would work fine the rest of the day. idk just got to fiddle arond with it for awhile.

I am still waiting on my replacement from westinghouse since january. it is may now..STILL no tv from them. They refuse to give me the phone number or fax number, and I found a number online. They hang up on me when I call them directly. They only let you talk to customer service.....and they give you the same lines over and over. DONT BUY WESTINGHOUSE! It's a waste of money.

They same thing happened to me. I sent mine back because the screen was pink and blue and they sent me a refurbished one but it broke within a month of me recieving it. Now they want me to pay to ship this one back as well.I will never purchase a Westinghoue again!

I have this tv. DO NOT buy it. It is crap!! Westinghouse sent me a replacement..different model, refurbished/all scratched up. They do not honor warranty. Will not send me my original tv back, either. soo sad. DO NOT DO NOT Buy Westinghouse. Buy sony, so you wont regret it later!!
