Hip Hop is crap. Part of the lowering of standards in all facets of life. Hip Hop is an attack on music. They remove melody so there's no need to be able to hold a tune, you just talk. No musicianship is required, a drum machine will suffice so you don't have to learn to play an instrument. OK some use a real drummer but you can get away without one. And who needs any other "real musicians" you can just rip off the work of people who can actually play by sampling. What a SCAM! hIP hOP SUCKS!
"One of the most beautiful things about this country is that it affords you the freedom to do whatever you imagine. Both as an art form and a business model, Hip-Hop has helped rekindle some of that IMAGINATION"...by Russell Simmons.. I am Happy to be a part of this soundtrack thanks to Mikie Da Poet Much Luv Blaq Fuego
@Blaqfuego well not entirely rap talking bout partying sex etc did but political , n other subjects arent allowed , so hence its limited , russel simmons yes got hip hop to a new level but only cuz hip hop in the underground was so strong the elite bussiness classes wanted in n wanted to monopolise it .
And I was really intrigued until I saw Kanye West. That douchebag can't say shit about hiphop being exploited. He's exploiting it like the entire west is exploiting the third world. The only thing kanye west seems to be able to rap about is shit people no one cares about.
On the other hand that Wu-tang clan and KRS-One is represented in this movie is a great plus and it really seems like a good watch for people who actually go out and buy the crappy mainstream hiphop albums to wake up to.
If you get math then: mechanical = mechanical thinking, which needs to be expolited.
