She's not just looking around for no reason, she pointed out a logical error in the reporter's line of questioning, and she's looking at the other people in the room in a disbelieving manner, as if to say, "You all agree that this question is stupid, right?" I do not personally smoke weed, nor will I ever because I knwo that side effects, and they are really bad, physically as well as mentally. But that was a rude question of that reporter to ask. I think she handled it well.

Do some research kiddo. After THC is activated by heat and absorbed by the lungs, it is sent to the brain and is used in cannabinoid receptors throughout your brain. After that, it becomes an unactive metabolite, like most active chemicals that enter the body. THC is only active in your body for a few hours, otherwise people would be stoned for weeks/months.

Yes you are right, it does depend somewhat on a persons metabolism. But THC is a psychoactive substance, and it takes a long to before it is hindered. THC is metabolized MAINLY to 11-OH-THC, which is still psychoactive. After that it may be oxidized to THC-COOH, which is not psychoactive. What I was saying is it is the period of time it takes for this to happen in which you remain under the influence. comprende?

You are obviously highly uneducated on this subject and have not done any real research except looking at right wing bullshit. #1, the effects on memory are TEMPORARY. There is no study which suggests any permanance to the effects. In fact, chemicals in marijuana are now being used to treat Alzheimer disease. #2 Smoking one joint is not the equivalent of smoking 5 cigarettes. If you smoked the leaves it would be but you smoke the flowers which is safer than 1 cigarette.
