You were on my floor, the 6th; also you were in the fast elevator, the one one the left is the slow one. If you walked down the hall, took a left and went through the breezeway, and into the other side, you would see a 4-floor OTIS elevator, which is SUPER slow, after you have arrived on the fourth floor, if you look at the floor when the doors open, you will notice that you are still moving-just a bit scary.

@AirsoftKY Yep :) I got a vid of that otis too!! It is very nice and completely original. I graduated MSU in 2001. I miss it so bad.  I had a GREAT experience at MSU. Are you a teacher?

I believe that the fixtures are mirrored in the other elevator in the bank; they confuse me every time I take one.

@thyssenelevator95 now you know that other smaller brand elevator companies like to partner with larger elevator companies. In my city (asheville nc) there is this company called Asheville Elevator co. that makes the same elevators (fixtures and all) from US. Elevators. And Mowrey elevators ARE in the state of SC (columbia) too. thought you would like to know. :)

Nice elevator, and I think this is a Kone elevator. But it sure pops & creaks a lot.

Sounds like a Kone chime but the indicator sounds like Dover.

Generic Epco fixture chime. We have this chime at ECU on some elevators that I *think* were modernized by Southern.
