  • HI... yeah I have a question I have shoulder problems too, so anyway you know how to fix them or how to make it better; I can't even swim and that was supposed to be my therapy, anything you could tell me will help. Thanks

  • Hi there, it depends on what your shoulder problem is. Generally we use physiotherapy to correct most shoulder problems. If it subluxes (ie. partially dislocates), you would need an MRI arthrogram to confirm a tear in the capsule and then you could opt for surgery to repair it, or physiotherapy to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. If you have weakness, an ultrasound should be done to rule out a rotator cuff tendon tear.

  • I'am pretty positive that it is subluxed (I went to a doctor and he diagnosed it) However he told me that excersise strenghtens the muscle but told me that I had to do excersise forever or it would weaken... I also did some research and found an alternative called "Prolotherapy" that should strenghten the muscle naturally. Tell me, what do u think about it? (I've been told that surgery isn't 100% effective). THanks
