te invito a que veas de nuevo la zona, cuando grabaste el video todavia no habian entregado ningun piso, los primeros se dieron en mayo de 2010, es logico que una zona nueva presente un estado tan abandonado, mas aun si nadie vivia porque el ayuntamiento no habia dado la autorizacion para vivir, cuando grabes informate antes de tergiversar la realidad.
