La meilleure epoque du rally, je suis dégouté d'être trop jeune pour avoir vu ca en vrai. les voitures d'aujourd'hui sont collées au sol, c'est efficace mais ya plus de spectacle

Hannu Mikkola said that he had full boost 800hp on two stages in his S1 evo2, after that his engine blew (suprise, suprise) Lancias engine was also monster. 650+hp on full boost.

my question has always been who would win out of group b and wrc in a straight line though i think with all the technology wrc would win

WRC cars have about 300hp and 600nm because of turbo restrictor, group b cars engines had much more power, but tires, transmissions and other new technology makes modern wrc car faster of course.

In a today's course that have top speed limitations and plenty of curves a WRC would be a little faster. On a former stage from the 80's that were faster and straighter a Group B would have bitten a WRC quite easily. Main reasons are in tires, brakes and traction improved technology.
