The game is awesome - there are allot of bugs- but no bugs that stop the game in any way, there all graphical bugs - so I think that's a good point. The game is a bit too short- The artwork and the storyline are great, I'm not into finding 100 of each flag in each city - too much GTA nonsense - I haven't got OCD, I'm happy with one flag!

fair enough that finding all the flags is a bit on the side of ocd...but the problem is people think that beating the game is the most important part, the fun part of this game (and gta) is actually playing the game! The freeroam environment allows you to do whatever you want. So the fun comes in just running around and exploring every little alleyway and corner of each city. If thats not fun for you then maybe this isnt your game?

Actually it's just a glitch, I've had four guards doing it as well. It's when more than one guard tries to get down a ladder at once.
