the music just makes Shepard's sacrifice much more powerful than it normally is, or that might just be because I've never lost anyone on the suicide mission lol

@UndyingHunter1 My ME3 playthrough will have only Garrus and Shepard alive in the beginning. Gonna be interesting.

I find it interesting that depending on which choice you made (to destroy or keep the base) the sun in the background becomes fully blue or fully red respectively. However, with the death ending, the sun still has mixed colors. Foreshadowing?
