i only used windows movie maker and it dosnt really save in a format type. Just that when i publish my video/ render it i make sure its in high definition XD so my video is already HD for you. even tho u dont see the button its because i made it IN HD so u can have a nice clear view :D

It's good for something made on Windows Movie Maker, because you used the effects mixed together in the best it could look, when i was using WMM mines was horrible haha, I'm sure you're gunna take Sony Vegas using to a very far extent :]
