The was Nash went into the boards made Weller's hit look dirty. He lowered the shoulder and followed through his hit, didnt use his elbow and didnt hit from behind. The second man took a run at him and he put him down with ease nothing wrong there. Third man took a run at him, Weller drops the gloves and cleans his clock, 2 minutes for roughing at the most for this chain of events. There is no arguement against this if you know anything about hockey.
The first 2/3 of this play were legal, but you can't throw down your gloves and sucker punch somebody in the face before they show an intent to fight. Watch the vid over and you'll see that tollefsen made no move to drop his gloves. That should be a suspension.
