He clearly said he "tapped" a girls foot, any form or motion such as TOUCHING and OR TAPPING is considered a form of a threat. This is what I learned from an American school, if the girl felt threatened she had every right to sue. This man was pointing a gun at them for god sake he should be serving a life sentence now. I remember a boy from my school getting into serious stuff just for pointing at a girl he was also black skinned. This man clearly looks violent and like a rapist.

Another idea - open gun ranges with moving targets : ILLEGALS! Every gun nut across the US would pay top dollar to get in! We'd be bolstering our own economy while saving money not spent on welfare for illegals & their children.
