i dont think it should be removed. thats my opinion we have to pay for killers rapiest's and thief's food and water. millions and millions of tax dollor's are used to keep these people alive FOR NO REASON. they just eat sleep and at times cause riot's and kill guards. i think the "death penalty" should be for big time offender's tho. but some times tough justice is needed. if you dont want to be put on deathrow DONT KILL STEAL OR RAPE THAT SIMPLE!!!
