Jobs are filled based on supply and demand. There is a huge demand for unskilled labor here in the U.S.

There also happens to be a huge number of unskilled illegal immigrants, who will work for pennies a day.

Do the math.

Remove the supply, create new demand. That's basic economics, remove the illegals, and companies will be forced to hire citizens. The unemployment will go down, more taxes will be paid, and the economy will recover.

1st.. There is no demand for "unskilled lobor", but there is a huge demand for "cheap labor"

2nd.. Most companies care less about the law, and more about how to "bend" the law... with that said, your legal status becomes irrelevant..

3rd.. Taxes will be paid regardless since income taxes are removed before payout... but only illegals do NOT get income tax returns. By your math we will loose taxes

I went into Wal Mart in Fall River Massachusetts to take inventory, the entire store was run by people of Mexican descent. The only employee in that store who spoke english was the store manager.
