Your totally correct man. But I will say that I couldn't be more grateful for everything I got from marching with this ensemble. Finals or Not. To the best of my knowledge you haven't even marched with the Glassmen, which makes you completely ignorant. Get a life dude.
@snarebear23 Every drummer can say the same "i am such a better person for blah blah blah" argument for any corp.. even pio. but you know, and i know you know no matter how much you try and pretend it doesn't bother you... you're gonna think about how sucky your summer was, and wonder about what held you back from going all the way... maybe you will give it another shot? maybe not... :) but the fact of the matter is you will always look back on your season with the g snaps as a failure hahahahaa
i have to agree with soccerdrummer... this drumline is a joke to dci, 14th place is not good at all. this is one of those drumlines you march so that you can get "experience" and go somewhere that actually makes it to finals. hahahaaa aging out at glassmen would be so depressing! no need to defend them even if you marched there. they hype dirty beats and look so unnatural when they play. gtfo of my way glassmen... more important drumlines to check out in the lot.

@snarebear23 you are just offended because the players in this line are above your skill level.. i'm sure a majority of these kids will go on to do great things in DCI, but they will LEAVE, and this organization will continue to be stuck in its downward spiral of failure. they don't have a big enough talent pool to make progress, and the avg 19 y/o vets don't want to stick around. getting your ass beat all day and only making it to semi finals sounds like a blast! "sign me up for next year dad!"

Well, if it is any consolation, and I don't mean to sound cocky, but I'm damn sure I can do that as well as them. But it's true, I'm not in their position, but life is more fun when you criticize things.
@soccerdrummer13 i didn't mean "you" literally, that was a general statement but there is a also a difference between playing "clean" by yourself as opposed to with a line. You have no idea whether or not you could play the way this snareline does because you've never had to to it. And i don't know about you but i don't get off by criticizing things...that's kind of just showing that you have self esteem issues.
you didn't offend me i just don't they get as much credit as they deserve. And if you cant do something as well as someone, or aren't in their position then i don't think you should bash them, you know?

So I'm sticking with the fact that while I don't march a drum corps, I can still give my opinion of them. Now, while I didn't say anything about the bass drums, I'm sorry it offended you, but the snares drums, to me at least, look a wittle sloppy.
