  • ..His mastery of the subject as revealed by both his knowledge of the bible and the fasting traditions underpinned by those scriptural principles is consummate.

His language of delivery is plain, logical and persuasive. It has that greater capacity to appeal particularly to a wider young audience.

I pray that the brother is given greater wisdom and guidance by the Holy Spirit in his task of glorifying the kingdom of God through the teachings of the Tewahido Retue Haimanot Church.

  • ‘...The harvest is plenty but the labourers are few...’. Matt 9:37.

Yet, I thank the Lord of the harvest for sending one more diligent labourer into His harvest.

Here is one more young Orthodox MEMHIR who presumably is part of the second generation of the Ethiopian Diaspora ably exposing the fundamental teachings of the ancient Orthodox Church pertaining to the rules of FASTING.

The brother has an exemplarily deep reverence for the fine old traditions of the church.....

  • Very informative! Thank you for sharing.

  • .....they eat much much much more than ever & get FAT.To depraive yourself from eatting & drinking at day time; and eat & drink from evening to dawn has absolutely nothing to do with fasting. They just cheat themselves.

  • Great teaching! You know when muslims "fast"; they don´t eat & drink from dawn to the evening; they just change their meals time; from day time to evening & night time. The very paradox is; by "fasting season" they eat much much much more than ever & get fast; the very sad thing is these days; many of our orthodox-tewahedo sisters & brothers do fast almost like the muslims do;please during fasting; lets limit ourselves just to only one small portion of meal & few drinks in 24 hours.

  • You are truly a very talented,

    very gifted,

    absolutely amazing person!

"Throughout history wise men and women have encouraged us to feel grateful for what we have. Why? Very simply because gratitude makes us feel good. When you’re feeling grateful, your mind is clear, and therefore you have access to your greatest wisdom and common sense. You see the big picture."

I AM PROUD OF YOU YE GETA LIJ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MY LIL BROTHER.

    TEBAREK
