  • I really like the layout in this David's jazz blues videos. Clear straight view, well explained fingerings and how these riffs work with the music it accompanies. Of course you could apply these ideas to other keys and it opens up a whole other can of worms but thats suppose to be a good thing :)

  • 2:30, I enjoy the subliminal message

  • a hamburger today, i will gladly pay you back on monday.

    another great lick, thanks.

  • Does it matter?

  • I wish I had the Hamburger surname .

  • The British would say Bril`lan´te

     Me, NICE

  • As always, very nice.

  • What are you using for your accompaniment. Cool playing.

  • @avyanez Thanks! I'm just using some tracks I put together myself to demonstrate the licks. I think when the material ultimately comes out as a complete course from Truefire, there'll be full version of these jam tracks included.

  • @dhamburger1 What hardware or software did you use. Korg Pandora?

  • @avyanez Let's see...for these tracks I think I used Toontrack's EZ Drummer, Spectrasonics' Trillian for upright bass, and one of the Native Instruments piano sample libraries. And I record in Digital Performer 7.22.
