  • at the first minutes of this video did you use Rachmaninov prelude op.23 no.5 by Evgeny Kissin if yes , very well done .and shame

  • Camry, you played very well. I enjoy your play very much.

I like to sing but can't play the piano.

Perhaps you may play some art songs so that I may sing along.

    Thank you.

  • WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM YOU ARROGANT IGNORANT! OH MY GOD, you make me sick cambry, you should be ashamed of yourself saying you play piano since age 3 and you suck! Your performances are simple and say NOTHING at all, youre just a robot playing most of the right keys but with no musical sense whatsoever. You really are unique as you say, unique in the sense that you and your performances SUCK. This is ridiculous, you have blinded yourself and others with your crappy piano skills.Disgusting

  • LOL that's the best you can do? Copy and paste this same message and spam my videos? If I suck then why are you going to all of my videos? I understand your pain, I would be mad too if I was getting as little views as you are hahahaha

  • I guess the 2000 people in Denmark watching me play were soooo sad to watch me suck it up that they were cheering so loud too lol you're bad kid, get owned

  • Thank you for share your music with us!!!

I would like to see you playing Bach.

    Thank you so much!

  • Thanks a lot, I do have one Bach piece up here, the Bach Prelude and Fugue in C minor, just search Cambry and Bach

  • Cambry, you're amazing!!! I love the Moment Musical no. 4. Everthing that you play is beautiful and full of passion.

  • Thanks a lot! Thanks for dropping by my videos and commenting!

  • if youre gonna be a piano teacher, its no more nice guy, youre gonna have to be strict, thats how chopin, bach, beethoven and etc became sucessful and never gave up

  • do u also do music theory?

  • We love you, Cambry!

  • jonathan, I wrote in haste. You are amazing. Definitely a piano prodigy. Dude, you definitely rule bro. I,m majorly impressed!

  • Wow you're so articulate - and talented too! You must have overcome so much to have achieved what you have!

  • I love that you don't get all dressed up for this kind of video. Sometimes the tuxedos seem so pretentious, keep it real.

  • Love what you are doing. You are a wonderful performer. I just put some of my piano stuff up on youtube. Enter beethoven and rob, or bach and rob, or just rob steinberg. Interested to know what you think. I am a business executive and hardly ever practice, but I remember the music I learned as a teenager.

How did you get so many youtube viewers. It is absolutely amazing for classical pieces.

  • DUDE YOURE AMAZING!

Id really like to hear your performance of Franz Lizst Hungarian Rhapsody #2!!

    Keep it up!

  • what piece is being played in the backround? i would love to learn it. ive been playing for 8 years. i love your work great job.

  • well, the first was a Prelude in G minor by Rachmaninoff.

    The second I don't know.

The third I don't know too, and would like to know it badly!! Anyone knows?! Please tell !!

  • This is great. Your playing is so soulful, and you're very easy on the eyes.

  • i think that you should also post the 3rd mvt of the moonlight sonata!!

  • i completely agree

  • I'm so happy to have found you. Very impressed with you and your music.

  • You have so much emotion. Your style is so versatile, and I would very much like to see you perform some Debussy, especially no. 1 Arabesque and Clair de lune. Looking forward to it!

  • I may not yet be 85 but next month I will be 75 and I play at least an hour each day and have never played better than I do now. Also lots of oldies are at home on the internet and when we find people performing as well as you do, well that's just fantastic. You've certainly inspired me . Thanks a lot.

  • Have you ever tried writing your own music?

  • holy shit your an amazing player

  • You are fantastic! Can you please play fur elise with beethoven?? It´s my favorite! =0) Thank you!

    /Jane

  • Nice strong playing...

Your piano will continue to go out of tune quickly since you play with a great deal of force. It's hard to tell from youtube, but is that your recording device on top of the piano? Surely you would want to isolate it, at least with a piece of cloth from the vibrations of the wood-to-plastic.

For something novel (as you say it's becoming the 'same old thing'), try writing some pieces yourself, perhaps sequencing them if you don't want to do tedious transcriptions.

  • You should upload more Rachmaninoff---Specifically that Prelude in B minor I heard you playing.

  • fuck classical lol

  • Hey Jonathan. I like the plug for the Interlochen Camp. I have some friends who taught there, so I think it's great that you mention its influence as young pianists might not know about it. I also hope you don't mind if I mention you in an article that I'm writing for American Music Teacher magazine. The article is about how sites like YouTube, MySpace, Google Video, etc. are becoming the recital stage of the 21st century. Let me know if this is cool or not. I wish you continued success.

  • If you ever perform in London PLEASE PLEASE announce it!!

  • Awsome piano man, your an inspiration to all us pianists. What was the name of the first song in the video by the way? i'd like to learn it

  • Forgive me if the question sounds ignorant, but what are the names of the songs that play in the background? what are their names? Did you play all of them?

  • You do lessons!!1 Coooool!! But you're nowhere near my area. Harhar!! I bet yer a cool teacher. And yer right how a lot of hiphop and rap songs sample music from classicals and stuff. I probably wouldn't notice it as much as you would though. Maan.. i really admire you and your piano playing!

  • Great video Cambry, you're really an inspiration for us Pianist's!

Can't wait to see your next videoperformance.

  • I'd love to see you in concert

  • I also got serious when I was around 13 or 14 ish. However, at the moment I am only 16, so I have a few years ;)

  • I play the piano also, just not as well. You're an inspiration.

  • nice video blog, it was really interesting

keep up the good work, i'm loving it heaps =]

one of the best youtube pianists indeed

  • go go!

  • Hey I like your video!! You look really good in it too =)... i love you!

  • Nice video, Cambry. It's really kid of you to take the time to answer some of your viewrs questions. Keep on the good playin, we'll keep on listening/viewing.

  • nice video!

  • I'm looking forward to the day I hear you'll be playing at Carnegie Hall! Keep up the great work.

  • You Rach my world.

  • Heh, I was thinking while watching this about requesting some Chopin, and you're going to upload all of the pieces I was going to request!

I would LOVE to be able to play the classical pieces you can... However, at the young, foolish age of 11, I quit piano lessons because I never wanted to practice. I hope to start taking lessons again, but your abilities and talent are an inspiration. Keep on playing.

  • You're videos are great, I dont play piano but watching you and other people kick ass playing things, it makes me want to learn an instrument. Keep up the great work.

  • plisss, I can't wait more, upload the pathetiique sonata first, debe ser increible escuchar como la interpretas.

    saludos

  • After watching you I always want to keep playing my piano too

  • Thanks Shadow, I like to hear that I can encourage others to play as well, that's cool

  • You're awesome. I like how you made this video, it's really well made and doesn't lose my attention. I subscribed to your videos the second I saw your featured video :D.

  • hey thanks alot kyle, i'm just glad I could come up with a respectable vlog, I appreciate the compliment

  • Can't wait for the Pathetique. I'd like to hear all of the Moonlight. The first movement is beautiful but the rest deserves to be heard too.

Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing it!

  • I second that!! The third movement of Sonata 14 - Presto Agitato - is my favorite part. That would be fun to hear Cambry play.

  • You're awesome Cambry! Keep it up!

  • Interlochen is awesome. Great vlog, Playa. Good on you.

    Do you ever play Scriabin?

*clears his calendar for tonight's performances*

  • Hey thanks for the response, yeah I play Scriabin, I uploaded an etude, I may be doing that one over again though since my piano will be tuned and I have a better mic now
