for lucario i suggest

aura sphere - good attack never misses, high pp

psychic - for those dam annoying fighting types

dark pulse - doesnt really matter for this one..id suggest it but u can use extreme speed if u want

dragon pulse - just becuz its dam awesome

btw u should kno by now that lucario has way higher sp.atk then normal atk

so just saying

I have Aura Sphere. Psychic I don't really want; Lucario needs a way to heal more than a strong attack, so I choise Drain Punch. Instead of Dark Pulse I used Force Palm because it epically paralyzes. Dragon Pulse... well I think it should stick to dragon types.

Then id suggest PP up or PP max on force palm cuz it only has 10 pp..in a long phase battle lucario is done for. :).
