I bought a DELL about a year ago. This weekend my DVD/CD driver disappeared! I am NOT connected to the internet. WHY should I BUY something that I already paid big bucks for! According to win the drive is there it just won't read it. I am NOT alone hundreds are complaining about this!

Why is 1click on that list? it shouldn't even be in 4th place....its the worst dvd program ....it cant simply take a avi file from my HD and burn it....Now if your looking for a good one, try ConvertXtoDVD....1click shouldnt even be out there..it cant perform a simple dvd burn task :S
