Honetly, as far as weapons go, Ratchet wins by a mile. Those games are all about weapons, so of course the guns are gonna be better. But I prefer the characters, stories and vehicles in the Jak & Daxter games. Oh, and the eco. Eco's fun. =D

Not to diss Ratchet & Clank though. I like those games as well, especially the gorgeous newer ones.

Jak and Daxter win here, because look at his weapons. They can negate gravity, bounce bullets off the walls, emits streams of lightning, fire multiple "guided" bullets at the same, shoot waves of energy in every direction at the same time, fire deadly grenades, launch drones that fire storms of bullets for you, shoot lightning balls that spread to kill multiple enemies in one shot, and (my personal favorite) destroy all existing life in a large area with a blinding flash like an atomic bomb!

I've played Jak series since Jak and Daxter, Racthet and Clank since R&C 1.

I compare these games. Jak and Daxter were better than R&C in my opinion. R&C2 is still the best R&C, because it had so many new things and better weapons. Jak 2 was good, but it wasn't as good as R&C 2. But then, R&C 3. Fully disappointment. Nothing new, weapons were shit, and story was boring. What about Jak 3? It was awesome. I think that 1.Jak 3 2. R&C 2 3. Jak and Daxter. Jak has better story and better hero.
