Batman plans his battles. He is always prepared. They are both geniuses, however Tony deals more with building than Bruce, and Bruce deals with chemistry, tracking, or detective work. Tony is the greatest engineer, Batman as the greatest detective. I'm simply trying to say Batman is beat in terms of tech, but Iron Man loses in all other categories.

I don't think batman would need his vehicles for this fight. Batman has strengths in planning, tech, finding weaknesses in his opponent, and fighting skill. The thing is Batman's tech is below Iron Man's yet Batman outranks Iron Man in everything else. It will only take Batman to plan everything and disable Iron Man's suit.
