How is the Mahindra holding up? How many hours are on it? Would you buy or recommend a Mahindra tractor to people? Have you had any problems? If so, has the dealer and/or Mahindra taken care of them? Thanks

@231MasseyFerguson so far so good i have 230 hrs on it and i would buy another and recommend too had a problem w/a hose and my dealer flatbedded away and had back the next day.I had an f-350 get stuck in my cornfield 3x and i pulled him out w/no problem all 3x so it has plenty of power and the big wheels come in real handy in those situations and in snow.my favorite part is the cockpit is very roomy and is nice b/c i spend alot hrs on it mowing my fields
:} lol ... a bit of useless info from me...i used to drive dads tractor during summer months while they collected the hay bales...it was gr8 :} i nearly couped it many times...it was a harley ferguson :}
There has been some negative comments about tractors putting chains on the front wheels. How long have you been doing it? Was it recommended by dealer? And have you ever had any problems? Thanks for any answers.
@AStanton1966 I bought the chains from the dealer and this is my first season w/them on no problems so far my friend has been using them on his Cub Cadet for years and he has not had any problems w/them they make a big difference in the snow and ice and i will not use if there is no snow or ice.What have you heard as far as problems?
@finster37 There is a tractor chat room where front chains for tractors were discussed at some length. All said that their dealers didn't recommend it. But they don't know if this is due to liability or structural issues. Some guys run em on all fours with no problem. Some said it may mess the steering up. I run em on the back and am getting a set for the front. This way if I get stuck, I should be able to put em on and get out. I envy your spread.
