today someone wrote in the paper i get chris deserved to win and told ricky to stop being a cry baby! i felt lyk replying to it and say hes been really gracious in defeat even though he was the rightful winner. some people obviously dont know good dancing when they see it. this tango was amazing. he should have won the comp on this dance and the quickstep alone!

I also hated the fact that Ola had hardly any clothing on in some of the dances in the series. This result has ruined my Birthday! I feel its a fix for the BBC employee to win.

Why do people feel the need to come onto these forums and just be negative? Ricky is not a professional dancer and he most certainly isn't argentinian, so why is he not allowed to make tiny mistakes and why is he being criticised for the dance not being argentinian enough? Who cares? The guy is dancing his heart out and there are lots of people out there who love it. Just appreciate the entertainment.

it doesn't matter if they're not argentinean, my partner is american and she can definately dance better than so many argentine women. It's not that he's making tiny mistakes, it's that he is doing so many fancy steps without knowing the basics.....he can't hold the girl right for god sakes. Teach him the basics first! Otherwise, that lady is alright, great footwork!
i have watched it alot as well and i got the impression that they started walking down the stairs on beat but by the time they started to walk down the stairs i.e got to the stairs it was off beat but that would be impossible to see o first viewing i swear. the stepping on of his toe was much more noticeable and had craig brought it up instead then i would have understood. The stairs thing seems like he was looking for mistakes.
of course!! the best dancers are argentineans!! hahha!! Her look is like a flamenco dancer, not a tango one. I know it`s hard for europeans to understand tango tough!
Natalie does a great job here but I think there are better dances to show Ricky's talent off. Shame Ali isn't dancing next week, he really doesn't have good competition. He just needs to add a bit of personality next week to try and win the fans of Cola as thats what they like best.
It gave me goosebumps watching this on catch-up this morning, had to see it again on youtube utterly SUPERB, takes my breath away. It is my favourite dance and it is probably the best EVER on Strictly. WOW!

the strictly forums to questions as to why Ricky doesn't get full tens is apparrently his performances have small errors. They are citing an error at the stairs which i don't see and that Nat stood on Ricky's foot which you can see. I don't really see that a reason for Ricky to get marked down it was her fault. besides Ali has been constantly overmarked week in week out a perfect example would be the group dance where they got a 10 when they should have been marked down for floorcraft error
So glad to see these two in the final where they belong, although I'm gutted that the second best couple in my opinion won't be there to challenge them.
And as for Craig's 9, I don't think I've ever heard such a loud boo for that high a mark. And all for walking down the stairs. Pathetic.
Great dance. Ricky so deserved to be in the final and i'm really pleased he got there although i'd have liked to have watched him competing against someone who can also dance well.
Excellent dance routine from Nathalie, and Ricky played his part well. The only missing element was the sexual tension between them.
