I only recently discovered the Hinge and Bracket radio program and enjoy it tremendously. The two clips here on Youtube are fun but too short, but I have to confess I don't see the humor in this advertisement. Must be British slang or something...
I remember from my childhood them advertising Harvey's Bristol Cream. Has it been rebranded?

Hinge and Bracket were one of the best comedy teams in the UK. I wish that all tv commercials were as funny as this one!
