take a look at my most recent review on the "tornad tank electronic cigarette".......it uses a new type of cart which will last a lot longer (1 cart equals about 10 cigarettes)
once they are dry, just remove the wool with some tweezers, fill the cart 3 quarters with e-liquid and then gently reinsert the wool. finish off with a drop or 2 on top of the cart and you are done.
sounds like hassle, but after a while it only takes less than 20 seconds to do :D

the buzz you get when smoking a cigarette is actually caused by the 4000 plus toxic chemicals that is found in tobacco. e-cigs dont have those toxins so you dont get a "buzz" as such.
but they certainly do give you the relaxing sensation of relieving nicotine cravings :)

the e-cig has a battery, an atomiser and a cartridge that is filled with a special liquid that contains nicotine. when you inhale, the battery activates automatically and heats up the atomiser. the atomiser then vaporises the liquid and produces the "smoke" (vapour)
the rechargeable battery has a life span of around 3 - 6 months and the atomiser has a life span of between 4 - 8 weeks. however, it will vary depending on usage.
your wrong there matey, you have a battery then the atomiser then the nicotine liquid therefore the atomiser cant vaporise the liquid the atomiser vaporises the oxygen that you breath in and the nicotine particles mix in with the (WATER) VAPOUR thanks, just a quick correction =]
the white part is a battery which powers up an atomiser when you inhale. the atomser gets hot and then vaporises a safe fluid that also contains nicotine and flavouring.
there are no harmful cancer triggering chemicals, tar, smell, second hand smoke etc etc in e-cigs...............its just a safe alternative to the real thing :)
there are quite a few suppliers who offer my viewers a discount on their purchases so hopefully one of those will have an e-cig within your price range :)

hmmmm, the thought just occured to me..... for the friends who come over every once in a while ... I will have to have a few of these lying around for them to smoke... Maybe, they might even like the change, who knows? There is more to quitting smoking than this product can ever hope to achieve. These devices will come and go.,new "realism" made to keep people talking. But alas, nothing will keep people from smoking the ever expensive "smokes". Smokers like to piss people off too much. :o)
For various reasons, it took me longer than expected. I just bought it tonight, and it will arrive... well, whenever it does. I'll post about how my relatives respond to this.
the kit comes with a battery and charger so when it runs out you simply recharge it. the only thing you would replace would be the nicotine cartridges but you can get e-liquid and refill them yourself...........far more cost effective!
but over a longer period of time you would eventually need to replace the atomiser........but they are pretty cheap so no big deal :)
i find that the vast majority of people who write to me say that they found it very easy to switch to e-cigs and that their health has improved dramatically within just a few weeks.
e-cigs come in various shapes and sizes so you therefore need the correct cartridge for your specific model. but its far more cost effective to buy a bottle of e-liquid and simply refill the carts yourself.
if the switch was in a permanent on position then you would know about it as the atomiser would get extremely hot! plus the led will be lit constantly.
i think you just have a knackered battery.........contact the seller and see if they will send a replacement.

I got my e-cig today, and charged it up for like 5 hours. I then un plugged it and 3 hours later went to work. I had a smoke just before i went into work, but after an hour, it had stopped working and the l.e.d was flashing!!....
Is the battery life- smoking time? or the time since it last got charged?
i.e 4 hours smoking or it will work for 4 hours after its been unplugged?
P.S its a small battery, like the one on your vid (super mini)
the battery will only lose charge everytime you inhale as the switch contacts then get pushed together to complete the circuit.
but if you was puffing on it for a full hour (chain vaping) then it could be possible that you used up the battery.
but if you only vaped on it for 5 minutes at a time (like a regular ciggie) then you should be able to go around 3 - 4 hours before the battery needed to be charged. it does also depend on the model e-cig you have though.
i cant say that it tastes exactly like a real cigarette..........but it does have a very nice smokey tobacco taste.
you can buy e-liquids to refill the carts yourself and there are literally hundreds of different flavours available.........im sure one will suit your fathers tastes :)
what strenth cartridges are the same as lamberts and embos, i know it sounds silly but i dont know how else to ask, i smoke bout 6 a day, or 20 if im in the pub

.......still involves inhaling harmful smoke. So that is the reason I would want the the filters with no nicotine (in case you thought I was sorta weird for asking, lol). Have you tried the zero or blank cartriges?
the only difference between the zero nic carts and the ones that do contain nicotine is that you will find the throat hit to be quite weak with the zero nic. the amount of vapour, taste etc etc will be the same though.
but i find that if you fill the carts with a nice zero nic menthol e-liquid then you can still get a fairly strong throat hit :)
I don't like menthol cigarettes, so I imagine I won't like the menthol carts.. But would you say that the tobacco flavored zero/blank (btw, are zero and blank carts the same thing?) feel like you're not really smoking? Like you are inhaling steam or... its not smoke, its a vapour. there is no flames, burning or tobacco in an e-cig.........it uses a nicotine liquid that gets vapourised when it makes contact with the atomiser.
so unlike a regular cigarette, there is no smell, no lingering second hand smoke, no tar, no cancer triggering chemicals etc.
once you have exhaled the vapour vanishes after about 10 - 15 seconds too!

Hi. I'm the non-smoker who is buying this so he doesn't have to send smoker guests outside OR have his place stunk up.
Well, it arrived today. My sister has already tried it. She only took a few drags and said that she's surprised at how like a real cigarette it is.
I guess the real test will be when she or some of my other smoking relatives come over for a few hours.
But anywho, it arrived quickly (I live in Texas) and all the parts were there and it works.

hi mate,
its vapour not smoke! :)
the white part is a battery which powers up an atomiser when you inhale. the atomser gets hot and then vaporises a safe fluid that also contains nicotine and flavouring.
there are no harmful cancer triggering chemicals, tar, smell, second hand smoke etc etc in e-cigs...............its just a safe alternative to the real thing :)

Mate I just quit smoking 3weeks ago.
It's the taste, and the smell now which I don't like if I have a puff, and don't want more.
With these you will crave the E cigs, please..stop using them and start smoking normal ciggies just do it cold turky ya can do it, just buy a DS or something you need to keep your mind concentrated on things so u dont think about it.
Also, great review but you didn't say how you carry it in your pocket haha, I know it has a guard over the end so u just carry it ?

there is no burning or flame with an e-cig so you can just stick it in your pocket!
there is also no smell, no cancer triggering chemicals, no tar, no second hand smoke, no yellow fingers, no smelly clothes.........the list is endless! :)
they are simply a healthier alternative for people who enjoy nicotine and the act of smoking

You couldn't just stuff an e-cig with marijuana, because that would accomplish nothing other than to bust the e-cig and waste your pot.
However, if you could extract the THC (hash oil?), you could mix that with propylene glycol and vape that.
And... NOBODY WOULD SMELL IT! Nobody would know you weren't vaping regular nicotine juice. The guy next to you wouldn't say, "I smell pot."
And of course there are all the regular e-cig benefits of no cancerous smoke, no tar, no carbon monoxide, etc.

its not a problem any more! the courts in america have banned the FDA from seizing any more shipments of e-cigs :)

hmmmm, the thought just occured to me..... for the friends who come over every once in a while ... I will have to have a few of these lying around for them to smoke... Maybe, they might even like the change, who knows? There is more to quitting smoking than this product can ever hope to achieve. These devices will come and go.,new "realism" made to keep people talking. But alas, nothing will keep people from smoking the ever expensive "smokes". Smokers like to piss people off too much. :o)

its the best thing for quitting! though technically you are swapping one addiction for another..........albeit a healthier one :)
but you can also gradually reduce your nicotine to wean yourself off completely (like using the patches, gum etc)

hi mate,
the kit comes with a battery and charger so when it runs out you simply recharge it. the only thing you would replace would be the nicotine cartridges but you can get e-liquid and refill them yourself...........far more cost effective!
but over a longer period of time you would eventually need to replace the atomiser........but they are pretty cheap so no big deal :)

hi mate,
e-cigs come in various shapes and sizes so you therefore need the correct cartridge for your specific model. but its far more cost effective to buy a bottle of e-liquid and simply refill the carts yourself.

ah u see....
is it possible for my switch to be broken, say being in constant contact so the battery drains away?
I think this might explain the problem im having...?
p.s i didnt chain vape....
i charged for 5 hours
i unplugged
3 hours later i had first smoke (5-6 mins)
stoped vaping
1 hour later went for second vape
led flashed, no vapour and light stop all together minutes later

hi mate,
if the switch was in a permanent on position then you would know about it as the atomiser would get extremely hot! plus the led will be lit constantly.
i think you just have a knackered battery.........contact the seller and see if they will send a replacement.
did you get 2 batteries in the kit? are they both the same?

I got my e-cig today, and charged it up for like 5 hours. I then un plugged it and 3 hours later went to work. I had a smoke just before i went into work, but after an hour, it had stopped working and the l.e.d was flashing!!....
Is the battery life- smoking time? or the time since it last got charged?
i.e 4 hours smoking or it will work for 4 hours after its been unplugged?
P.S its a small battery, like the one on your vid (super mini)

hi mate,
the battery will only lose charge everytime you inhale as the switch contacts then get pushed together to complete the circuit.
but if you was puffing on it for a full hour (chain vaping) then it could be possible that you used up the battery.
but if you only vaped on it for 5 minutes at a time (like a regular ciggie) then you should be able to go around 3 - 4 hours before the battery needed to be charged. it does also depend on the model e-cig you have though.

i cant say that it tastes exactly like a real cigarette..........but it does have a very nice smokey tobacco taste.
you can buy e-liquids to refill the carts yourself and there are literally hundreds of different flavours available.........im sure one will suit your fathers tastes :)

hi mate,
the only difference between the zero nic carts and the ones that do contain nicotine is that you will find the throat hit to be quite weak with the zero nic. the amount of vapour, taste etc etc will be the same though.
but i find that if you fill the carts with a nice zero nic menthol e-liquid then you can still get a fairly strong throat hit :)

hi mate,
its not smoke, its a vapour. there is no flames, burning or tobacco in an e-cig.........it uses a nicotine liquid that gets vapourised when it makes contact with the atomiser.
so unlike a regular cigarette, there is no smell, no lingering second hand smoke, no tar, no cancer triggering chemicals etc.
once you have exhaled the vapour vanishes after about 10 - 15 seconds too!
