Oh wow! What an amazing voice! Even if he doesn't win Idol this year (which seems unlikely to me) then heres hoping he still gets a record contract! I would buy his album in a heartbeat if it meant being able to listen to those awesome tones!

I love his original stuff too! It's good to see an Idol contestent who can compose their own music (and yes I know he didn't write this song, I'm refering to his former band's music and his first audition song).

Reply toRach443, "come said the boy" was a pop song of my generation and the original is just as loolywater vocals as "apologize"which i think he would give a great spin to, since this song is the biggest australian HIT ever with 2million worldwide sales. Try to hear the original mondo rock song so you can understand it isn't rock.Marks choice of song is what clinched it for him,if he does it again he will win. There are great voices out there but they are not singing great songs.VOTE MARK

I have heard, and love, the orginal mondo rock version of come said the boy and i know mark put his spin on it but it's 80's rock and i don't think he could put a good spin on apologise. It's a rediculously pop song and mark spano is so not pop.
