I understand that her visa expiring is her issue, but TNA should be monitoring this well in advance. Sure "she can't work for 30 days" but why did TNA not foresee this and write he out with an angle or work on the visa issues ahead of time?

If i were WWE i would offer her major cash to jump ship in 30 days time.

she is the one who is suppose to get the visa plus tna was only aware of situation when the visa expired so even if they wanted yo keep her they couldnt because it would be illegal also I dont think TNA can obtain a visa for HER it is pretty her who is suppose to renew itnot her employer

But could the company have not waited for her to renew her visa? Most work visas as least the ones I have known, are good to go for three years. Obviously her three years are up and she needs to renew it which could take up to 30 days. Shouldn't they wait out the 30 days instead of taking her off the roster, deleting her from the TNA site, etc...
